I'm sort of used to it :D - out of my control so not going to stress over it (I never book in advance). I was pretty annoyed at first but I'm going to take the time and decorate (highly exciting) and save the £'s for my next trip.
Someone suggested the same thing to me about my extreme reaction to any SSRI, it would be interesting to know. Venlafaxine helped me for a good while, it had its side effects but overall got me back on an even keel. Although it has some similarities with Tramadol I didnt notice any similarity but it did have stimulant properties.

Best way to be, see the positives n look forward to the next trip where you'll have more money. Council are here tomorrow fitting in a new central heating system. That should be fun as I've gotta collect my weekly subbies from pharmacy (back on 8mg for mow
after all that but reducing that quick had me kinda erratic) n they're taking up floorboards - I've a fear of holes n being buried alive - this should be interesting :DEvey

Have to say i found venlefaxine to be the most effective AD i have tried. was prescribed them in 2001 they were shield shaped tablets that were out before the XR caps came on the market.
Taking them in the morning felt like an e coming up with mild trails before they stablised i didnt complain found them quite effective at the time.

Yeah, I've been on both the XRs are easier to deal with, I was on them for about 2 years but the insomnia got to me in the end. Coming off them was a bit of an experience, I'm not sure how anon drug user would have coped they did some strange shot to me

Coming off venlefaxine seems to be most peoples biggest complaint about them not for me i dived heavely into exercise when i stopped taking them so didnt have any noticable problems or insomnia.
ADs like the SSRI Citolpram take about 3 months of sustained use to produce benefits, it can be very hard to judge the success or otherwise yourself.
The variation in effect from one person to another is bigger than anything else I know of, I've tried at least 4 SSRIs and they all gave extreme and unpleasant side effects within days of taking threm, I persevered with some but it got no better, eg Prozac makes me projectile vomit within an hour of taking it, Citilopram increased my suicide thoughts to dangerous levels and Sertraline gave me a stomach bleed.
Venlafaxine did bring some problems but it stopped my obsessive ideation and helped my depression but it's not as subtle as other ADs, you know you've taken it and coming off is not an easy process, the brain zaps lasted about 8 weeks.
I know nothing of your personal situation but as I was talking to my daughter last night trying to explain to her the mistakes I'd made in my life that contributed to the deep sadness and self loathing I had felt it's fresh in my mind. The anger I felt towards my father and my brother fro things that happened in my childhood had found there way deep into my being. They were both wrong for some of the things they did or didnt do and there seemed no way forward from this. Counselling helped me find ways to start addressing these things, my father is the way he is largely because that is how his father was to him and becuase he had mental health issues of his own, my brother is very different from me, he never wanted to hurt me we were just children, I love him and he does me I've left all the rest in the past where it belongs.
The biggest thing from all of that personal ramble is that by not treating my children the same way I can take control over this cycle, stop blaming others and start putting it right, I owe this to the little boy I was, my kids won't grow up with the deep sadness that grew in me.....not if I can help it

Ahhhhhh yea they're finally doing it. Council in my house putting in new central heating. Thw nightmare I've had to try n sort this as they want laminate flooring up n stuff! And guess what?! My house has it right throught n not the cheap stuff either. The good stuff from floorMaster loc so you can see my apprentiom in it coming up.

Only I stupidly throw a whole pack of thr tigerwood away as house was cluttered n I got fed up, I need that now as a few pieces are damaged. It has a 12 year guarantee - shame I couldn't use it for another pack lol.

Another lovely grey start to the week here... sometimes I despair at living in the 'granite city', it's kind of like a white-out on an overcast day... but just grey.
Glad you are getting your central heating fitted at last... just in time to keep cosy for the winter.
I just couldn't stop wondering what was so appealing about lurking... figured they must be having all the fun & had to give it a shot. It is much more interesting watching a goldfish swimming around a bowl than swimming around a bowl yourself for sure...

Could well be the subs! Sure tapering even done carefully can't be great for mood.
To be fair. The rivers aren't that far away from most places here... Both come out at either end of the city.
I've got a 5S. I'm probably not the best person to ask for tips... so second nature to me I tend to skip about 5 steps in the advice. :D

It was a choice of either paying £200 or £40. I choice the latter. But apparently they're both the same just that the c is plastic n I have a pink one (Steve Jobbs will be turning in his grave in a spit of fury, probably literally lol). He was extremely funny on the Apple designs - I don't think he'd have liked it one bit. But eh, ya gotta move with the times n I guess that Apple had to do it with all the Android devices coming out.

The 5C doesn't have a fingerprint sensor does it? It's by far one of the best extra features of the 5S. I couldn't be without it...
In other news, I've heard back from the insurance company & apparently my laptop is not worth repairing. As the model I had is no longer in circulation, they have dispatched a Curry's PC World voucher for the value of my last one. I actually have £50 extra to spend since I'd gotten the last one on a Manager's Special deal.
Hopefully I'll find something that fits the bill.
