Same here man, looked like it was going through. Then at the very end, that red message came up. I wanted the MD's but was able to get 100 of the regular pink Etizest. Looks like these will become extinct soon.
 
Quick up, quick down, rebound. Yeah sounds about like Xanax. I'll have to be very sparing with this stuff. Hopefully flubromazepam lasts longer got notification that shipped yesterday.
 
Ok.. here's where im at.

18 hours since last etiz (or any benzo) dose.. it was 2mg.
Been taking benzos for a long ass time, too long.
I honestly (with the help of kratom) don't feel much if any discomfort 8o
I usually need to dose it every 4-6 hours but had this urge to get this monkey off my back with a fucking grenade instead of tranquilizer gun lol.
How long should i continue going how i am (if it stays like this- im hoping it does) until i know im in the clear?

Holy fuck i never thought shear will power and a want to get clean could be as powerful as the want to pop these pills.
I don't even care that i have them in my room right down the hall ATM.
I use kratom 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off lately and am used to the kratom wds so i think if i just stay on kratom for a while
(until i get an about time frame where i should be in the clear)
Then deal with the kratom wds after, which aren't pleasant but nothing compared to bupe or 'done wds i have had.
Guanfacine, hydroxyzine, promethazine, DXM and pseudoephedrine kill the kratom wds almost completely.

I'm counting all my chickens before they hatch.. this is it, im getting off benzos once and for all.. im determined.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that i DID puke my f'n brains out a few hours ago, but that is the only thing that has happened.
I don't feel too sick, and have a positive attitude towards this.

Think i can pull this off?

Be really careful. If Etiz is anything like Xanax, which I have a feeling it is, the withdrawal will come out of nowhere and progress very fast. It would be much more advised to taper down. Of course, that all depends on your usage patterns.
 
I'm going to my psych tomorrow morning. (he has wanted me off benzos for a while, the reason i started etiz was a year ago i was cut off my clonaz)
My usage was 2mg 4xday of etiz .. before that 1mg clonaz 4xday but was tapered down to nothing before starting etizolam.
I'm gonna tell him (appt is in about 8 hours) that i stopped CT and i want oxcarbazepine and gabapentin to help me through it and i know i can beat it.
I think he'll be all for it. I THINK.

Hopefully this isn't just some manic post im making and tomorrow morning i say fuck it and pop a couple lol.
 
That's an awful high bit to stop cold turkey. Even if we say that 2mg etiz = 1mg clonazepam, you're still at 4mg of clonazepam-equivalent a day. I won't go into what happened to me when I was forced into inpatient psych and they C/T me off of 3mg. It wasn't good and I've had nervous system issues since, let's put it that way.

Definitely a good thing to talk to your doc but gabapentin is subbing one addiction for another. Many go to GBP and find they have an even harder time with the withdrawals from that. Just be careful.
 
I have taken exactly 120mg of etiz in 3 weeks. For the past 4 days I have taken 4mg at night to sleep. Tonight I took 2mg. The withdraw KICKS IN FAST AND SHARP. But goes away quicker than xanax. This stuff is serious folks, If you have abused benzo'z in the past like me not only are you going to BINGE on this stuff but your going to find yourself staying up all night and feeling terrible when you run out. What started as a two blister back order will end up in 100+ orders before the end of the month of your '"research'"

I have caused permenany brain damage from cold turkey quitting 8mg alprazolam a day for a year. I ended up staying awake for 5 days and hallucinating my balls off. I was admitted to the hospital...I was 20 years old. My hospital had a psych ward, I manipulated the psychiatrist into beleiving I was schizophrenic, He had my blood results/urine analysis and played 21 questions with me, I didn't realize this at the time.

.Due to my premium insurance he pushed me into taking a $500 month antipsychotic called Latuda (lurasidone)
It was a full package deal with klonopin 2mg x3 a day and 30mg Temazepam.

I thought I fooled the psychiatrist into giving me benzoz but the fact was that a sporadic 200mg xanax binge over the course of a week----> Urine/Blood test at psych ward, was the reason for perscription. NOT my slick mouth. Psychiatrist are some of the smartest motherfuckers on the planet. At the end of the day, when you go get your fresh script filled, Thinking you are the Mcgyver of speech manipulation and diagnosis they get the last laugh knowing that your progression in life spiritually/emotionally is in LIMBO. Unless you really DO have panic attacks.

I ended up going from 205 pounds at 6'
To 340 a year later. I turned from pudgy but normal to FULL blown obese.

Thanks for reading. And 2 months in rehab can save your life. It saved mine; for now.

Well, went to the psych.. after dosing 2mg etiz to be able to function. Damn i woke up sick, shoulda pulled an allnighter. Felt fine when i posted last night.
Anyways.
Got RX'd 300mg oxcarbazepine 2x day.. he wont give me taper advice for etiz since it isn't a rx or a used drug in the US so he "knows nothing about it".

Should i try to CT the etiz and just take the oxcarb? or should i start taking the oxcarb and taper down to 1mg etiz a day and hop off?
I see him again in 2 weeks and by then i need to be completely off etiz.. not to mention i run out before then so i have no choice, unless i order more which i dont wanna have to do :\ .

Advice?

oxcarb I used with valium to come off 3.5mg of clonaz a day to 20mg of valium only. Memories and giving shits about life ? Wow (I was sick of the 3.5mg of clonaz rendering me unable to care about anything). So 55mg of valium, 50,45, 40,35, 30, 25, 20, dropping 5mg a week. The oxcarb is a lot safer than its older cousin carbamazepine, A LOT, I don't think you even need medic alert bracelet with oxcarb. I stopped using it when I got at 10mg of valium and told the psychiatrist (well, now i'm back like I was before having any treatment) so he upped it to 20mg when he asked at what dosage I felt good and where my memory was better and ability to feel were back. It was at 20mg, then the oxcarb was gone. It was just anti-seizure prevention med for the tapering.

You should bring your doctor an Italian / Indian PDR (etiz is available in both countries) find the english version of the indian company, I know it's there, and print the italian one too, can't hurt, some doctors could discard it as third world medication if you only have info from it from India.
 
Ok.. ill look for the PDR, im sure i can find it.

Any suggestions on what to do with the etiz now that im on the oxcarb?
Think i would be safe/comfortable with 1mg 4x day instead of 2mg?
I guess ill find out lol, gonna start the lower dosage tomorrow.
Hopefully i can get down to 1-2mg/day before jumping off and im going to stay on the oxcarb since i have schizoaffective disorder it will work as a mood stabilizer for me (which i've needed for a while.. he wanted me on tegretol months ago and i said no way, than heard of this version and i agree, sounds a lot safer)
Other meds im on besides the etiz and now oxcarb..
Fluphenazine
Hydroxyzine
Promethazine
Guanfacine &
Once in a while take a
Trazodone (as needed for sleep hate it though)

I feel optimistic towards getting off them this time, never before have i felt confident in my ability to live without benzos.
 
You should dump the trazodone for mirtazapine. I can't stand trazodone but mirtazapine is so much more tolerable.

Two weeks is a stupid fast taper but you were abusing a short acting benzo so the acute phase should be much shorter. I'm gonna talk to my psychiatrist about oxcarbazepine yet again today and also talk to her about switching from Valium to Tranxene.

I have a bit of a crappy rebound from the half milligram of Etizolam I had last night, its definitely not the benzo for me but it will work in an emergency I suppose.

Getting off etizolam, cold turkey is dangerous; All I'm trying to say is that 100mg of etizolam equals=25 pills of 2mg Xanax. You can eat 25 pills of Xanax in the course of a week, and NOT withdraw, on the other hand with this Thieno shit the onset of withdraw is acute and intense.

I went several months binging on etizolam in high doses and when I abruptly quit I had HORRIBLE anxiety for literally only 1.5 days. May have been partially masked by my kratom habit at the time though.

For me, It occurs ONLY at night. for example it's 11pm...My blood pressure goes up,heart starts racing,clammy hands, intense anxiety rush, feel "cracked" out. This lasts about 2 hours. This usually follows with insomnia for the rest of the night. It's been 4 days I have been like this. Today I have no etiz, and I am FORCED to go buy some bud, I don't even like getting stoned anymore but thats how razor sharp and quick these w/d are.

So Two hours of ACUTE withdraw symptoms, followed by insomnia.

I'm hopping right back on etiz train on friday, this time I'm going to TAPER, and document on this thread, If I fuck up and consume 8-10mg a day until they are gone then whatever, But I will do my best to taper and document.

I really have nothing negative to say about this THIENO, at the end of the day I'm not taking Xanax. And I'm fine with that.

those etizest 1 MD's were my favourite...I only have 30 left....and I literally need 30mg to feel them...so...I guess I'll take 29mg at once and store the other below the pentagon.

I need to get off benzos also...but for some reason I never get WD's from etizolam...never have...I've taken 50mg in one gulp...idk, this stuff is sometimes hit or miss...

Yeah I said the same when I first got them, a month later and the last thing I would do is pop 30mg....lol no way.
