Suppose it gives me a reason to cut my toenails.
I cut my annoyingly long and fast-growing big toe nail (right foot - left one is a slouch in comparison) especially for meeting up with EADD folk recently in case I did somebody (probably myself) an injury. EADD feet meets are all well and good until somebody loses and eye. Probably.

Been drinking cider but am seriously regretting it. 3 bottles n bloated as hell...... why did I not forget how DISGUSTING that stuff is???? the ham buttys I've been eating are like yummmys though.....

Also had three cider-based drinks tonight, also decided that was quite enough. Cider is not disgusting but disgusting cider is disgusting. Nice cider is nice. Funny how these things work out
Ham roll sounds rather tempting actually. Was just pondering munching a thing. It's either that or a pie. Well, Cornish Pasty (small ones though). Or cheesecake. Good pickings in the reduced sections today so it was.
Incidentally, I should probably save this for the Did You Know...? thread but I struggle to resist it in context. Did you know the difference between a butty and a sandwich? A butty is made by folding a single slice of bread around the filling whilst a sandwich is two slices of bread. FACT!

'Goss' is not forthcoming cos discretion is how and why an EADD meet finally happened. I will say that all involved are properly nice people and a fine - if surprisingly civilised - time was had by all though. Was by me anyway.

We had 100% turnout and no drama. Think that would have to go down as a success really.
We also had a Sunday Roast cooked for us - that's three days in to drugpiggery - which I think has to go down as a miracle.

Oh yea, you were all talking about kids programmes.... I used to love Knightmare and Inspector Gadget and Belle and Sebastian, Woof, the Broom Cupboard, Grange Hill, Blue Peter - but yea definitely Knightmare, that programme was bloody ace!

Knightmare is perhaps the best kids TV programme ever. I bloody loved that show. Had the game for me auld Speccy too but that was quite frankly shite no matter how great the TV show was. In similar vein, BBC2 did a rather similar thing years before Knightmare only with a more sci-fi feel. Not exactly a kids show cos the contestants are all adults but very kid-friendly and the obvious forerunner of shows like Knightmare and The Crystal Maze and stuff.

Looks like that's the whole series too. One of 'em anyway. Think it made it past a single series cos I remember it vividly as being essential viewing (Tuesday teatime on BBC2 if memory serves) from my rather more distant yoofdom. Rewatched it a year or so back and is still bloody good frankly.

Ah I don't remember that but always remembered Knightmare ten past five on Friday afternoons (until they replaced it with Fun House blah lol)
I wasn't into the Krystal maze but watched it a few times n wasn't a bad show, that.
