Hey everyone. Been enjoying reading this thread for a while so I thought I'd say hi.
I don't live in NY anymore but it is where I started the descent into H-ell. Although to be fair H wasn't totally to blame as there were other emotional factors that made NY my own personal nightmare. So I moved to the PNW.
Anyway, a couple years ago when I was doing H in NY my main connect was a bit outside the city (past the Bronx) and my backup was in Harlem. Always stamp bags. Harlem was occasionally a bit cheaper but my main dealer had better stuff. I did notice that bags in NJ (while def way cheaper) were also a lot smaller. Like, instead of doing one bag, I'd need three or four. Honestly, I'm kind of disappointed that I didn't branch out more, especially when I was living in Brooklyn, since it would've been nice to find something closer to my apartment. Delivery sounds too good to be true! I was thinking about branching out next time I visit NY but this thread makes it sound like you gotta know someone these days and sadly I do not. I guess I'd rather stick to what I know than spend all day trying to find something new and probably have to pay someone to help me.
I miss that powder.. so much easier to use. I kinda got a kick outta the different stamps, too. But once I found quality tar, I wasn't complaining either. And it is nice to have a dealer who will weigh out whatever amount you want (and usually give you a bit extra even.. sort of makes it worth having to wait for her forever). Tar gets a bad reputation but I think people really exaggerate, saying you'll ruin your veins, etc. If you're careful about rotating sites and NOT MISSING (you will know instantly if you do because it hurts like hell--kind of a good thing because it means less potentially wasted) then you can get by alright.

I met a girl at a meeting last night who supposedly said she panhandled and lived right around union square
She said coke was easiest to find but herron wasn't far behindThings have been kinda quiet around here aside from a few big busts making the news. This bust in NYC was for 44lbs of heroin and like 17lbs of meth. It looked like they had more dope than they knew what to do with. Most of it was hidden in secret compartments but then it's like they got lazy and had a few pounds just lying around on some shelves and what not. There was a 30lb bust in the Bronx the month before, and another decent sized one in Queens around that time too, where some idiot supposedly answered the door with a bowl in his hand when the cops came to investigate a noise complaint, and when he let the cops in he had a ton of dope all bundled up on the kitchen table in plain site. I feel like that might be b.s and they probably did an illegal search but said all that to make it stick.
There is just so much dope that those bust want do much to affect the supply. They said the one in NYC (specifically Washington Heights) was of dope that was going to supply several states (NY, NJ, PA, MA) so if you split that up it wasn't that much per state but still a lot of dope.
None of the stamps I've been getting were mentioned in those busts. I've gotten Tsunami, Law & Order, Gucci, Lethal Weapon, Empire, and some Joker one that says something after the word joker but it's hard to tell. All decent stuff but Empire fell off.Last edited:

Walk by every day.I used to live a few block from Washington square, only thing in that park was pre-rolled joints, rip off crack, and a heavy police presence. Onetime I was walking to go cop from one of my dealers (she sold old paperback books on the street, on a little table but it was really just a front for heroin) and I met this chick that had this weird face tattoo (like small chains from the sides of her nose, to the sides of her lips and down her chin) and she was having trouble scoring so I told her to walk with me. She was a homeless junky who said she would just follow the sun (warm weather). Months later I was watching a CNN special on tar in Seattle and wouldnt ya know it, she was the star of the show.
Still remember the bags I copped for her that day, Aztec stamped in blue.

Seattle? Doesn't it rain almost everyday over there? lol, would be a shitty place to live if you're homeless I would think.

^I was homeless and strung out there for about 2-3 months once in the late fall/early winter...and yeah, it's dark and damp as hell! Definitely not "following the sun" to go there in the winter...but despite the constant drizzle and darkness, it still stays a lot warmer in the winter than just about anywhere in the country that's that far north...but if you go east a few hundred miles, you're looking at single digits/below zero winter days! The mountains/hills, forests and the ocean make that area have some really unique weather! In late spring through summer, it's awesome though!

Tommyboy, did the Empire you get start having a detergent/soap-like smell/taste to it? The Empire I get got like that for a few months....was very weird but still better quality than almost everything else around. It was still clean but there was no denying that unique smell/taste. Gucci guy had McDonalds stamp yesterday, and the bags were fatter and better. My boy told me he thought the stuff looked weird, which I agree with him about but it's not scary weird or anything. The stuff looks dark gray, and it mixes up more of an inky color than a brown or ginger ale color, so I guess that's what he meant. I had also sniffed a few first and it gave me that light burn and taste that's indicative of good dope to me, making me care even less about the weird color that my boy brought up to me.
Have you noticed that this source has their own special pain in the ass way of taping the bags shut? It's like you think you're good once you tear the tape at the bottom just like every other bag ever, but whoever tapes this crew's bags has it over the top of the bag too, sticking the top to the middle. I kinda feel like a machine might be doing them though because it's an odd way of doing it and I don't see 1 person taping all those bags by hand. The only thing I like about it is that since it's always solid dope I know if a new stamp is from the same people based on the tape job. Like sometimes when there is a stamp some people like and it changes up the dealer will try to claim it's 'the same gift, just different wrapping' even if it's not, just to try to keep the customers around. But with this crew if the stamp changes you can tell if it's still from the same people based on the way it's taped.Last edited:6FeetUnder

I'm in Massachsetts right now, so I haven't seen my boy lately, not sure if he's got MacDonald's now (badabumbumbum, I'm lovin' it?). I have definitely noticed that about the tape, I feel like it takes so much longer to get the bags open, and if I'm using somewhere I need to be discreet, I always feel like the "rustle rustle, rustle rustle," of the wax paper as I fumble with the tape is gonna give me away. It never occurred to me it might be done by a machine, I figured it was just people who'd never learned the optimal way to origami that shit, haha.
So these should look familiar, with the addition of McDonald's (yes, I'm lovin' it) and an older tsunami stamp from a different source in Queens from back in January.

I like dope that is 'platey' like that, meaning it's got those flat flakes from being pressed together in stamp bags that are rubber-banded together as bundles.
