What's your pre-work out look like?

My homemade pre-workout is a 'non-stimulant' stimulant, since I can't (shouldn't) use stims.

Contains:
Taurine
AAKG
Glutamine
Creatine
D-Maleate
Citrulline
Glucuronolactone
DMAE
Tyrosine
Beta Alanine
Phosphatidyl Serine
Grapeseed

Sometimes optionally add caffeine-y stims:
Green Tea
Guarana
Caffeine

It's really pretty effective even without any caffeine stuff.
 
just some black tea usually

don't like working out on strong stims.... i like to do high weight low rep and need to concentrate for that and stims just make me to jittery

i had a huge bad of dmaa from ebay (bought just before the ban), intention was to sell it but noone wanted it even for free
 
1000mg rhodiola rosea 800 mg guarana 120mg ginkgo biloba and a shitload of green tea
 
Ephedrine is legal in us as well. Just not as dietary supplement. Called bronkaid
 
400mg of caffeine, some creatine and beta alaine pre and post workout.

Stronger stimulants reduces my appetitte greatly which haves a negative impact on my training.
 
I use totalis. I like it. Got a shit ton of novem sticks as samples which I'll check out.
 
What's the strongest pre workout they have now besides Hyde and C4?

where do you live and what's your definition of legal?

and i had a huge bag of dmaa bought just before the ban (everyone was selling it very cheaply), but nobody wanted it so i threw it away eventually

That sucks that you threw it away I would of taken it off your hands! My wife and I love DMAA! I live in San Diego, CA! I have a high tolerance to preworkouts and stimulants so let me know what you think I should look into. I've tried the Hyde and even though it has a lot of caffeine in it.. caffeine doesn't boost my energy levels.. and too much of it just fucks up my heart but no focus or anything. Caffeine has zero effect on me which sucks. Let me know what's worth looking into I'd love to get a new workout. Right now I only have Condense.. that's all right.. it's great for pumps but that's it!

With high-normal testosterone levels you won't need a pre-workout.....
 
I'm finding that if I take only 1 20mg Dbol pill about half hour before my session (empty stomach), I'm feeling a significant increase in mental drive and strength, without incredibly overwhelming pump. Not sure if placebo or...
 
D-Bol pre workout definitely gives me that monster feeling, I don't want to use Stims cos I worry about heart health, I would really like to try Test or Tren Suspension pre-workout.

50mg Injectable DBol on training days is another thing I have thought abouut
 
Anything above 20mg Dbol will cause WAY too much pump for me lol, but that's undoubtedly thanks to an undesired synergy with the Tren >.< doesn't help my Tren dosage has increased to 490mg/wk for the next 4 weeks either. Forearm pump is fucking horrific some days lol
 
i used to use pre-workouts like DMAA stuff and DS Craze before the gym, but really was doing it for the buzz. pre-workouts are not necessary IMO. i mean shit putting a weight up doesn't take that much motivation for me, i'll do my reps regardless of how i feel. (i've known people who go to the gym and don't want to do shit so YMMV.)
