incest (consenting) does it bother you?

First I want to state thanks for putting a well thought out post together. I appreciate that, for it did seem to me as if you previously were only interested in bashing me per say.

To answer your questions I'm not really looking for any sort of justification. I night her have feelings for a particular family member nor have I ever (nor do I think I ever will) but admittedly I do fantasize about it frequently. It is my favorite fetishes. I dream about having a promiscuous sister interested in similiar things.
I truthful don't belive that it's "wrong" (wrong is subjectional, of course it's improper by society standards, much like it is improper for a boy to dress like a girl.)

I do realize that this is a drug forum but this is clearly a fitting topic for this sub forum. I also don't belive that most of the posts here are results of people "shitting" on the topic. There have been some very intellectual posts here. Some of the views (from both ends of the spectrum) i find rather fascinating. Some of the jokes are rather funny as well.
Like I said before, I respect that not everyone shares my beliefs or sexual preferences/fetishes. I just belive that it's possible to disagree without resorting to insult and threatening. :p

I think I must step in with rational logic

Let's say you're white as white bread
And you want to fuck someone as dark as the night sky

That is like the theoretical inverse of incest by virtue that there is a parallel opposite in terms of DNA rendering differences.

So as much as I am accepting of interracial couples, I think consenting incest (adults) - I can't look down upon. I would be a hypocrite if I did.

If anyone wants to refute the logic, go for it.

If you still hold contempt for the idea no matter what, it's your right to have that opinion. Just think about what I said - because I did and it clicked in my head.

I am just a logical thinker so I wanted to point this out.

It's a fairly common 'fetish' or porn scenario in the gay worlds also - father and son, brothers, uncles, Grandfather etc. Lots of companies who cater specifically for that market and the 'Daddy/son' term is used quite frequently when the age difference matches etc.

Not all people having incestuous relationship are straight so the risks of childbirth etc dont come into it. I do not agree that the poster has to deal with crude jokes or piss takes as they have opened a subject for serious discussion - not ever thread needs crude jokes.

I'm not trying to nick pick every little thing I said, I also stated that incest was not my cup of tea & disgusting so I gave my views of incest maybe not detailed why, but it's obvious why most people are not cool with this topic. Yup my sometimes joking manner does get some posts deletes but it's not a everyday thing hell not even monthly.

And me and OP squashed everything already I said my peace to OP.

My aunt gave birth when she was 45 so I can't have a problem with Incest without having a problem with HER

I think we may have mis-understood the intention of the posts :) (It happens). I was certainly not hating on you for what you said about the topic (your views are your views) - I was sort of picking up on your 'my threads are deleted in this section', 'you should expect thread to be shit on [btw boston or Cleveland style?]' - yes of course some topics make some of us think WTF :D but you really have no idea of the intention of the poster of the topic.

From the opening post we had no idea where this was heading - for instance, if this was a paedo / child abuse thread then 'maybe' your 'mother fucker' - 'wanking at the attention the thread' joke could be seen as inappropriate (and 'maybe'why your posts are being removed?).

Like I said, not hating on you or your posting style, was just replying to what I thought was a question :).

I'm curious. For those who think it would be hard to maintain a normal interactive relationship with that person after having done the deed (like stated above in the instance of 2 gay brothers) why is this?
Is sex really somthing that causes a ridiculous amount of akwardness amongst normal people?
Me and my partner are friends with a couple who are open sexual like we are and long story short, we ended up turning thanksgiving dinner into a rather interesting night. That was nearly 2 years ago and we are still comfortable being around eachother, both in intimate ways and ways normal friends would see eachother.
This is how I picture incestuous couple interacting as well.

On a side note, I'll also say that my partner doesn't mind my fetishes and even shares similiar views on the subject.

How about this.
What if you found out that your partner has previously had incestuous relations before having met you. What would this spell out for your current relationship? Would you dump them on the spot? Would you be curious? Would you pretend it didn't happen and never speak of it again?
 
I would think,
1) My partner has no concept of self control when it comes to being a member of society and begin to question what other social norms they can't grasp like washing their hands after going to the toilet.
2) What sort of loser can't get a date in a population of 6 billion that they have to resort to their sibling ?
3) Should I start to worry if we have children that they would then consider child molestation one of these moral "rules" that should be ignored?
4) Remind myself to constantly check their browser history because just as murderers usually have an interest in animal abuse, incestuous humans no doubt have plenty of other sick sexual fantasies that would no doubt repulse me just as much.

From the replies I see this may be making a few people uncomfortable - what about 'inlaws', what about friends that you consider family?
