Share something POSITIVE from your day vs. it's all around you

Got my 1964 scooter up and running this morning, I shall be going down to the local club meet on Sunday to catch up with old friends.

I rebuilt every nut and bolt on this last year its a one off with some custom touches all of my own, my neighbour loves the exhaust sytem..at least im sure thats what he meant when he popped his head in the garage...couldnt hear a word he said:D
 
Just cut the grass for my ex & her mother.
It's a really positive thing that i am still managing to stay close to her like this.

Yesterday I woke up to what sounded like a major bird fight going on in the bamboo in my back garden. It turns out that the baby bluejays were fledging and it was their parents (one of whom will eat out of my hand) alternately booting them out of the nest and frantically trying to protect them as they fell/flew/fell/flew their way out into the world. I just lay on the ground watching the whole drama that goes on years for humans being played out within an hour for birds.

Hot yoga tonight!!! It'll be my first time so I am very excited.. I just hope I don't get too sore after.

Oh I missed it last night LOL I am going at 1 pm today and let ya know for sure. I bet it's going to be amazing although Im not that flexible but we will see=D

I went to the sauna though it was so funny because I was so relaxed and had just my towel on and I thought it was just for girls and then three guys came in and I was liek uhhhm oops so from sitting like I dont care to sitting lady like but it was awkward as hell. I wished the sauna was not for both boys and girls.
 
Just got done visiting my fiancé and daughter. It made my day. I'm so proud of my fiancé, she looks great and she's doing great too. She's made the decision to spend a couple more weeks at a rehab. She's moving to it on the 26th. I'm a happy man today:) I can't wait for these next two weeks to go by

Oh mann hahaha Yoga kicked my ass today for sure and holyyy shmokes again cause I was sweating sooo much! i haven't sweated like that since i was back in the Philippines lol!!! my legs and shoulders are kinda sore right now but hey not complaining!!

Something positive - Another family dinner love my fam!!! <3
 
I just emailed my local drug counselling service, the location I've used before has closed but there is one close by.

I've been kidding myself that I didn't need some professional support for too long, I know it doesn't sound like a big deal but , for me it is

I was looking at the ladies though hahaha!!! =D

There was this hot Asian doll that came in the sauna the guys were just wowed well including me. She was this cute petite Asian lady with doll like hair and a super hot body.

Something positive today - work was surprisingly calm today, I guess the owners took a chill pill.
