I really hope brimz gets it hes the perfect role model for harm reduction and more importantly posts good YouTube links

I think I should decide. Not just who gets to be EADD mod, but, like, everything.

I've never had fondue, but I dream of it. Do you need a fondue set like from the 70s or can you just put it in a pot?

Just melt cheese (gruyere is good) in a saucepan and dip slightly-stale bread in it with a fork. Lovely stuff.

Great suggestion, by the way. I vote BB for future decision-making.

You can do a cheaper version with cheddar, cider and a little mustard.

This is not a democracy. Kneel before Arch-Baron babylonboy, Sovereign of the Earth and Sky.

Sounds good, I have a soft spot for gruyere and emmental and that sort of cheese too so it's a winner, though I'm not so hot on stale bread, will toast do?

Well, the best thing is slightly toasted baguette. A traditional one would be done with Emmental, Gruyere, and kirsch. Garlic, also. You have to make it kind of like a white sauce, can't be rushed. Personally, I like raclette even better, but that's a tale for another time.

I have serious cheese cravings now. Haven't had a raclette in a good few years. :(

This - and/or a gazillion variations on it - makes a day-um fine fondue. Tradtiionally the liquid component would be a crisp, white wine I do believe. That's also stupidly tasty. Cider is probably a bit cheaper but fondue is a bit of a luxory anyway so cost isn't really such an issue.

HR Pro-tip: It's not really a thing for daily dins given it's essentially just eating a block of cheese, melted down in alcohol, with stuff to dunk in it. Your arteries will thank you for keeping it to an occasional treat.

Anything that tastes good with cheese will taste good dunked in boozy-cheesegloop. Really is very tasty indeed is a good fondue <3

Man i fucking love those chesey bread baguettes that tesco does, but i went on a proper binge few years back (ate them for every meal, on the bastard things from morning till night), and for a year or so i was off them, they made me feel sick safter that binge, too much of a good thing yaknow? Recently lapsed though and bought 8 of them soft cheesey buns tesco did (and a cheesey bread baguette), just finished the last 2 now, but i dont have all these fancy fillings yous are on about, which makes me feel like im wasting the gear, just eating it like that when i could be getting so much more out of em.

Fancy giving me a list of really nice fillers for a fairly simple cheesy bread sandwich Mr Babylon? I love sandwiches, and i wanna make one to be proud of

Why does a fucking mod application thread... turn into a discussion of cheesey bread baguettes that Tescos does.

I dunno...
