actually amazingly unbeleievably incredibly well. I feel about 90 - 95 % % of my average fitness, and health, and i have plenty of energy. My fitness allways increases in the warmer months as i get out much more for bike rides and hikes and stuff. The minor body buzz thing has gone. Im still gonna be cautious and look after myselkf in terms of concentrating on eating properly ans as well as possible for a few more weeks at least, i dunno if this thing might have a final sting in the tail for me yet. I get the feeling it would be tempting fate, to say yeah, ive done it, peace of piss, only for something nasty to kick in afterwards, so im being cautioutiously optimistic, I certainly wasnt expecting it to be this easy.
If and when im about a month in the clear I'll write a summary of why i think its working this time and failed last time, it might be of benefit to others. I think ive speard the message over several posts, if i can get it all in one nutshell that'll be more helpfull.
