i utilize supps but i cant really justify spending more than 20 a month on something. phenibut, gotu kola, those i know are cheap fixes. kava works but its expensive as fuCK to make a strong brew. i take magnesium and DHA regularly, my problem comes at night when i get anxiety and can't sleep. alcohol and marijuana+tobacco are perfect fixes. i dont drink a lot but when one is dependent on something every day the dose doesn't matter so much... i would love to switch to a supp stack rather than booze and bud but right now i'm having trouble jumping off. if i don't have one or the other, preferably both, my mind goes haywire. it's my own fault of course, i guess after i get into a daily using pattern it becomes a lot harder for me to just stop. no other choice than to keep trying
