the reason i have it. criterion only keeps their rights for so long. and hulu+ actually has some criterion films that are no longer printed on DVD!
the loss of films and any media makes me extremely sad. that i may never see Pigen og skoene hurts. and i have a friend that wants to see Une femme est une femme, but when criterion lost their rights to it netflix instant switched to a different release where the image is distorted. i told her to wait; that's recent enough that i'll be able to find a copy of the criterion DVD.
