I know there's a million first timer thread, but i just want a quick checkup before giving molly to a friend. i havent had any myself in years and managed to source some. we'll be home alone.

2. 20mg allergy test
3. wait an hour+
4. dose 80mg cap
5. babysit
6. take some myself when friend is comfortably rolling, so we can roll together. If friend feels overwhelmed dose 5-10mg diazepam
any other potential problems i should be prepared for?
I think you've done fine, when doing the allergy test check if he starts to get any form of rash from his/hers neck to the chest, apparently that's a good indicator that will show results within about 15-20mins, so you really don't have to wait an hour but if you want to be as safe as possible no harm waiting longer, might jut dull the roll a bit. Note: if you are taking it as a cap it will take a bit longer because you will have to wait for the cap to dissolve first. Your plan sounds fine to me.
Just wondering if MDEA that is apparently around might just be methylone aka bk-mdma? Methylone is cheaper and comes ready made from China. No need for a backyard lab bomb blast.
Pure crystal MDMA should never stick to the bag. It should also be almost transparent. Some nice Canadian yellow MD but the best has been stuff that looks a bit like shard. Check "is it bunk?" gives you some pics of lovely MDMA shards (chunks more like) vs pics of shit. It would be very easy to cut MDMA and most street corner sales agents' no doubt do.
@lovepsychadelics Yeah, it's unconfirmed but a general concensus is that people far more often think they have MDEA then they actually do, it's quite a rare drug. Psilosubnaut spoke about this topic in length to me at one stage, he only had MDEA once and said it wasn't quite what he'd expected but did feel very good.
I've seen dozens of pills on PR over the last few years that have been given the MDEA rating. bk-MDMA tests quite differently to MDEA on a test kit so I can still definitely see that some of these pills very well may contain MDEA. However the difference in dosage could also often explain peoples reactions to MDMA if they're not experienced enough to tell the difference between how it makes them feel. I've had pills that have been tested for MDMA or MDEA that have lacked the 'magic' so to speak, so I'd still bet that they were MDEA and as you said mister makes people get stuck to the couch (this doesn't really happen to me on MDMA though).
As far as in crystal form, I can say that I've had bk-MDMA multiple times which has almost always been sold as MDMA. MDEA I think would be much much rarer to find sold if not in pill form. Almost everyone prefers MDMA to MDEA, unlike MDA where I would say about 15-20% of people prefer MDA (not based off a statistic I have ever read, just from what I've observed of people discussing the two).
It seems odd though that people would sell a powder as MDEA if they didn't know what it was, as far as I can tell most people prefer bk-MDMA to MDEA, but the active dose is much lower for bk-MDMA, this would be the only advantage to selling it as MDEA instead of Methylone, but I'd suspect most people would still buy bk-MDMA over MDEA if given the choice so it's a bit odd that people would sell one as the other.
Ultimately test kit should solve this problem as MDEA mimics all the same test results as MDMA but Methylone has very different.
