Healthy Living Photo Thread

i don't snack or anything. i pack my own lunch, have a small but adequate brekkie and eat well but not too much at home. i think i need to portion control better when i am at my parents' place, which is often these days with them looking after the little man so regular. they pack a plate to absurdity like good europeans do.
 
correction, i do snack. i have 4 raw carrots and 2 hard boiled eggs every weekday after lunch.
 
I have new running outfits! Cos we all know, the outfits are what makes all the difference. ;)

looking good, cotb. i hear you on the new gear stuff, my run has been substantially boosted by some new runners. =D
 
Fairplay, It's nice to see some bluelighters who board. Do you still skate now?

Not like i used to, Those pics were taken when i skated about 7-9 hrs a day. Now its about twice a week if that since i broke my back and pelvis in 2008. I just dont have the energy for it like i did when i was 19.

That is commitment (skating 5 hours a day is!) what was your best trick or combo? and were you signed to anyone, and what make of board did you use?

I don't have much experience, but can frontside, fakie backside and occasionally half cab

Also soz 2 hear about your accident. You still look healthy and athletic through :)
 
best/fav trick was probably fakie hardflip not signed to anyone or anything like that just skated local competitions and for fun.

I stay in shape with my job and lots of gym time now. Its a lot harder to stay in shape now than when i was younger.
 
Fakie hardflip is complex, That is coming from a guy who has not varial flipped at all yet :/

Imagine it is hard, but much more fun fucking yourself up on a board as a appose to gym IMO. Not that i am dissing gym (my sis is major health fanatic)
