2012 - 2013 Football Thread

No not often but it's teh Doc Martins one as well . Nice shirt as footy shirts go was from the Di Canio days hence the Fila shirt deal cos Paolo had a Fila boot deal .

Real Madrid is no different to Chelsea, they fired Jupp after he led them to thier first Champions league in more than 30 years !! What other Club fires the manager after winning the Champions league?

Remember when they sacked Vicente del Bosque for the genius that is erm, Carlos Queiroz? From '99-03 del Bosque won 2 La Liga titles, 2 Champions League titles, World Club Cup, Supercup, a Spanish Cup, he got to the last 4 of CL every year but they still sacked him after winning the league. They won 1 Charity Shield over the next 4 years with easily one of the best teams ever assembled. Imagine how many trophies they'd have if they kept him.

Only weeks ago when Messi won the Ballon d'Or the next game their Ultras were singing "Leo Messi is mentally retarded". I hope he has that in mind when he's at the Bernabeu tonight.

So then, Mr Beckham signs for PSG, and will be donating his salary straight to charities, :)

Surely to retire after this 5 month stint

Willian set for a £34 million move to Anzhi from Shakhtar

Makes Daniel Levys £11.8 Million bid for him look even more ridiculous. I mean everyone knows Levy is a tight bastard but that bid must have been laughed out of town by Shakhtar

Someones just triggered Momo Diame's release clause
Wonder whom

Inter Milan made out like bandits getting Mateo Kovacic for 15 million Euros.
Hefty price for an 18 year old, but looks a great prospect

^haha. A bit rich you piping up trying to have a laugh at Tottenham's window shopping.

Lol, says the fan of the chairman who is without a doubt the biggest tight cunt of all , and a complet laughing stock amongst all other chairman ?

70 million for Bale ???
40 million for Modric ??
All upfront lol

Then he goes and puts in a £11.8million bid for Willian who ends up going for £34 Million???

As if that wasnt enough, he tried to take the piss from Internacional and bid £11 Million for Oscar before Chelsea bid £20 million for him ( and bought him)

And now to top it off, for the THIRD window in a row Internacional told him to fuck off because he wanted to pay for Leandro in THREE seperate payments !!!

There comes a point in time where other teams just laugh at Levy/spurs, Internacional are one of those team

Maybe you can sign him in the next window?? ..... with a proposal to pay £1 million in 20 seperate payments? lol
Levy is a laughing stock, if he went for Demba Ba you can be sure he wouldnt trigger the upfront clause.
He would have asked about paying a million each window for the next 5 years

The guy is a fucking joke lol

Get your own house in order before you talk shit about teams like Chelsea who actually meet the asking price for the players they want to buy

Can't find the enthusiasm to convince m'self that WHU will be able to deal with Swansea tomorrow, especially as they play the way I'd like to see us play - be interesting to see how the bottom half of the leauge looks after tomorow's round . . .

lol Chelsea, the model football club.

Yeah I agree Levy's a tightarse but that's the size of it. Look at Arsenal's tightness even being an established CL club. It's clubs like Anzhi, Roman, PSG, Sheik's that play fantasy football who have shot transfers, wages, agent fees through the roof and why football is fucking retarded.

It seems like you're more butthurt at this Mercenary joining Anzhi than anyone else. He's a decent player but does anyone believe he's worth £34 million? Maybe half that.

A 24 year old Brazilian with 2 international caps in friendlies. Wanted to move to a bigger club so he joined Anzhi? To be racially abused every second game with Eto'o and enjoy his huge salary on a 13% Russian tax rate.

Roman Abramovich has done a number of fantastic things for this football club and has demonstrated his commitment to the supporters from freezing ticket price, changing to the traditional badge, subsidising away travel right through to the obvious on-field investment, resulting in the most successful period in our history. This petition is not to be taken as a sign of ingratitude for the incredible contribution that he has made to our football club. We just want to work with him to get the club that we all love moving together once more in the right direction.

Abramovich has a load of money but he obviously knows nothing about football. He sacks Mourinho because he doesnt like his 'style' of football even though he had won two league titles. He hires Avram Grant who was hopeless. He finally gets another good manager , Ancelotti, who wins another league title. They are on the way to another one when he goes and sacks Wilkins , undermines the manager and sabotages the entire season. He hires AVB who didnt last long now he has Rafa who is probably even more negative than Mourinho who he sacked for just that. Not to mention the 50m on Torres and 30 odd on Shevchenko who he (Roman) thought were worth all that and forced them on the managers above
All Roman has brought to Chelsea is a shit load of money, and yes that does buy success , but very little class

tell me again how much he has won since he took over ?

compare it to what Spurs have won since 2001?

Yep, your right

He knows nothing lol

As for Willian, he hasnt a Brazilian cap so what?(2 i thnk)

We all know you dont have to be amazing to get a brazilian cap

Look at Andre Santos he has almost 30 caps

We all know its much harder to get a cap when your south american than if your English

Diego Lugano has 80
So does Steven Gerrard

Now go tell me who is the best player for their respective country ???
Lugano captained his country to a world cup semi final

Stevie G did fuck all for years

I rest my case

Why are you so obsessed with Daniel Levy?

btw The Slaughter is a Liverpool fan but your Spurs obsession took over again

typical Spurs fan that doesnt have a clue...LOL

More worried about Roman than his own shitty ass club that wanted to get willian for £12 million lmao
And then looked like the joke of world football when Anzhi Paid more than 3 times what Levy paid

Why dont you admit it? Danny Levy makes your club look like a joke
6 months ago you wanted to pay internacional £8.1 million for Oscar
Today he is training with Chelsea. lol

Your clubs a joke just admit it
We blow you out of the water, both ,money wise and stature wise

each and every time lol

Jesus Plastic, you have a good time at Brentford last week? You're some mouth breather in fairness lol Keep flying those flags.

It's at home though .
Still i share the same anxieties .
We now have 4 fit strikers & BFS we only ever play one , it is staring to irk this shite football .
When we were picking up points & beating Chelsea i could handle it but right know it just feels wrong for a club with our tradition to be lumping balls into the box at every given opportunity.

So that's why he's still at West Ham :?
You like to think your so ITK it is hilarious .

One of the reasons im not on Twatter
Was just on the Chelsea FC forum on deadline day and it came up, as it probably did on countless other forums
Dont worry mate, he will be gone in the Summer, I mean he probably wants to win something in his career :)

If we cant pick up 3 points El Gordo should be fired while still in Newcastle.
Just give the job to Zenden till seasons end, cant be any worse
