Yeah, a lot of UK vendors are very wary of shipping anything scheduled to the US because of their unfortunate habit of extraditing people for the most trifling of things. Some will but I think because of the above they would tend to be the more fly-by-night kind.
 
I doubt the 4-FA would add anything really positive to the experience. The last time I took aMT, my friend took 4-FA and, whilst I opened up into an expansive, wide-open state of zen bliss, he shut down into a narrow, edgy, even somewhat aggressive amphetamine pushyness. I don't see how this could enhance the aMT experience.
 
^ With that in mind then I'll save the 4-FA for another time, thanks for your input.

Dropped 60mg aMT this morning and now feel absolutely amazing.

Would like to ask what different come-up times people have with this? Mine is (and you could almost set a watch by it) 4 hours. Up till the 4 hour mark I get nothing, no alerts, no tingles, nothing. After 3 hours and 59 minutes is when it all starts to kick off for me.
 
That's unusually long I think Ben. Two hours for me usually to about peak though an oral dose is kicking in pretty strong easily within half an hour, with a steady build of the psychedelic effects that eventually cut through the stimmy feel coming up, suddenly giving way tol serene, euphoric, swimmy serotonin. Sometimes a little faster but never longer I don't think. Two hours seems about average reading around.

Full / empty stomach make any difference?
 
Come-up is 30 mins to 2 hrs for me also, depending on how empty my stomach is & the dose.
 
I can definately start to feel it a bit at about 40 minuets but I'd say it takes about two and a half hours to come up.
 
Strange, I've even dosed while having important straight headed folk business to attend too, confident that I have a good 4 hours before it hits. I normally only dose on an empty stomach and even across the various different batch's I've had from the dust grey HCL to the unbelievably smelly brick orange freebase and everything in between the one constant and reliable aspect for me is the 4 hour come-up time. Funny how I thought that was the norm and it took everyone around the same time to come-up from. I need some new (drug) friends.

Friends are important, but far more reliable sources of information are available. For example, Erowid's aMT dosage vault is based on hundreds of reports, independently submitted by those committed to writing down their experience, while friends say all sorts of things in all sorts of mind states. Trust your friends to help you out of a bad situation or support you after a romantic break up, but trust consilience regarding things you suspect your friends know dick all about.
 
very strong body tension and stimulation, plan on taking a magnesium supplement and etizolam to smooth over next time.

the fluid visuals very much remind me of prior lsd experience.

Still getting a lasting headache post trip ..

I would say so, yes, even if it is used mostly in academic contexts to discuss topics such as the evolution of scientific research programs (consult Lakatos, E.O. Wilson and friends if interested). Its value in forming everyday judgments is difficult to pin down let alone quantify, which I believe is why the word and associated ideas are underexposed. Nevertheless, I think its power as a principle to guide critical thought in general is less recognized than it might be if we were more open to exploring its wider potential applications.

I do have a friend who claims 3-4 hours, with the same stuff that takes me 2 hours. Everyone's different and although improbable all yah drug friends including yourself could be deviations from the norm.
 
About the comeup, I feel nothing for 30mins, then slight onset, and after 1-1.5hours I'm feeling very good already.
Come-up ends about the 2.5-3hour point for me, but I find with aMT the experience changes during the peak, so that's maybe why there's no real consensus on duration of onset/comeup/peak/comedown.

At the 4hour point I feel different then at the 3hour point. Same for hour 7 and hour 4 and so on..
But this is only something I noticed after experimenting a few times.

You may be right, perhaps the drug is having some effect but I'm unaware until the main effects drop like a bomb.
