Snoo version 6 - Shiny Spring-Summertime Snoo!

Sounds lovely . I've been in my new flat , i mean home ! for almost a year now. Still haven't got it as i want but i'm getting their.

Congratulations on being the owner of a new home - your new home :) It'll take a lil while for you 2 to aquaint and grow into loving each other, all those new creaks, sounds and odd smells. I'm excited for you, because like babies new homes we own aint something that comes around to us often any more :D

My snoo was work related that is something very boring to record here on this druggy internet forum, but nevertheless snoo'd I was %) Intellectual challenges you gotta love the scare factor then the winning =D

My snoo is that I'm moving out again. The place is likely a dive but I've found a girl who totally understands me and accepts my ludicrous drug use (unlike my rents lol), moving in monday and 2 of my good pals stay in the same block which is good. Will take all my tv, laptop, sheets etc. Hopefully have her staying 3-4 nights a week at least anyway. Be free to do what I want and do as much drugs as I want (good/bad).

Also I will have limited internet access which should provide a snoo for kate :)

It's been really hard work so far - the move wasn't too bad, but getting all the appliances plumbed in, putting up a shed, putting together flat pack.... it's been exhausting. So I figure if I'm already warming to the place and feeling good about it, it boded well for when I actually get to just put my feet up and chill :D


Good luck with your move rockstar!! Always good to meet someone who doesn't give you a hard time about ludicrous drug use. Something special :)

Angelsmoke you are truly an angel <3 big heart, as delicate as a butterfly, as gorgeously fluttering n' colourful, but as strong as one who flutters from flower to flower like a honey bee, strong %) I have a lot of admiration for you and how you've dealt with this latest of many interpersonal crisis' that really have nothing to do with you. but you have taken it on and are some amazingly decent person to do so. People like you give me faith in the human race. I for one here should ever forget that, attention, gratitude and karma ends at you...

The new house sounds amazing, how much work are you going to have to do in it to make it satisfactory to you?

Thanks for the nice post kate. Makes me feel guilty, I don't deserve praise, but thankyou anyway :)

New house should be satisfactory pretty quickly, only a few serious things need sorting. Making it perfect (e.g. not having cables running across my kitchen worksurfaces) is not urgent to me and will hopefully be sorted after a number of years.

My snoo today is that I got almost all my deposit back on my rented place. Landlady took £20 off to repair a hole in the plaster.

I have snoo from last week too that I think I should share, though it didn't feel snooey at the time. I had a horrible day on Tuesday - first the washing machine delivery bloke refused to fit my washing machine and just left it (said my electric supply was a fire hazard. Fuck him, I fitted it myself the next day, fuck off fire hazard) then I had to go back to the old place and do more packing. 2 houses but no home between them -- and taking my old house apart was really getting me down. 75% meph comedown and 25% real sadness at dismantling my life had me in floods of tears :( I've rarely felt so alone and lonely.. I had to get out of there... I never ask for help when I need it usually. But this time I did - I asked Mugz if I could go to his and chill with some TV and friendship. Even though he was a ruin from his 5 day mpeh binge, he really looked after me and was so lovely and kind.
I won't forget it. I have a good friend who is hurting himself, but he is still a great person and lovely friend. I wish there was more I could do to help him.

Final snoo (wow my life is snooey) is that I'm down to 1 box downstairs! It's one of the dreaded ones labelled "misc" but should be all done by tonight!

Heh, indeed. It takes me about a month to unpack from being on holiday.. ;)

Snoo = Spiritualized album, garden, sunshine, and a forthcoming roast dinner. Yay.
 
whats all this fuckin sunshine about?

it's been miserable as shit weatherwise down here, all day...can't remember yesterday, but don't think it was balmy...
