Is there an Edinburgh in Australia I don't know about because there's fuck all chance you got sunburnt in Scotland the other day. The weather has been absolutely pish, cold and rainy.
 
I wrote just under 10,000 words tonight for something I'm working on, from 8pm until about 3am. That's almost as much as I wrote in my uni dissertation and that took me forever.

I cannot believe I managed to do so much work in such a short space of time, either those double dunt of zinc pills I took helped me focus (apparently good for clearing brain fog and motivation) or the rum and cokes I've been scooping sorted me out. Was lazy and procrastinating all day, couldn't be bothered doing anything until the zinc was boshed and the bevie was poured.

I forgot about that shitty final, the douchebaggest of team sports.

I'm gonna have to spend my saturday at home then, as the town will be invaded by drunk bogans and trashy plebs from the suburbs.
 
I think he was saying it was on last Saturday (unless more of it is on again?), hence he got sunburnt being out all day for it. How he got sunburnt in Scotland when it's been no warmer than 10 degrees for the past 2 weeks is a mystery though.

You a fan of the Aussies you've met so far Kenny? No offense to deecee, but I wasn't a massive fan of most of them. Some of the shit I saw and heard Aussies do was just unreal. The level of racism is unreal especially in North Queensland.

Last week was the semi-final, Hawks-Adelaide I think, this saturday will be the final, Hawks-Sydney if I'm not mistaken.

Where I live it's like the Melbourne equivalent of Soho, tons of cheesy clubs and overpriced pubs so the amount of drunk aggressive racist wankers from friday afternoon to sunday is almost unbearable at times.

I will have to retreat to the beach suburb where there's more stoners/hippies/skaters and the atmosphere is much more chilled and relaxed, and definately safer for a wog, like myself.

Most of the aussies I've met where Vietnamese, Greek and Chinese in terms of background, all with degrees, well spoken and professional. I'm going to avoid the white ones like the plague, which is one of the reasons I'm staying put in Melbourne and not venturing out in rural areas.
 
Nobody is perfect, however being Scottish is close enough!!

Good moods on Wednesday mornings are suspicious though somehow. I suppose I have a journey into town through bellowing students and schoolkids to contend with though.

That's never good, even with your most antisocial music blaring out through leaky earphones.
