are they synthesizing the precursor during every cook, or are they just buying bulk P2P? They said it last season (the Mexican chemist in the Mexican lab), but I can't remember.
 
Great performances from the entire cast throughout the whole episode.

I thought the dinner scene was so hilarious. I'm glad Jesse was there to give his quips to provide awkward humor.

I really LOVED the living room scene. Walt looked like the king in his la-z-boy throne with his scotch.

The Heisenberg hat on the nightstand was a nice touch. I wish he had brought it with him when he originally tried to steal the methylamine so he had it when he met Mike's connect in the desert. That hat is transformative. I guess he doesn't even need the hat anymore because he doesn't have to remember to play any other 'parts'. It's all out there now and he doesn't have to hide his true intentions.

So what are everyone's predictions for next week? Is Walt going to start 'working' for Mike's connect? Are they going to play both sides (Mike's connect & the DEA)? Are they going to 'sell' inferior blue meth to the connect? What's going to happen with Todd? Is Marie going to fucking steal Walt/Skylar's baby?

I was wondering how it would work out that Jesse and Mike would get their money and Walt would still be able to keep his methylamine and your guess seems to make sense. The only other thing that comes to mind is that maybe Todds connections will come into play and either buy up 2/3 of the methylamine, or fund Walts operation if they will buy up all of the methylamine and then sell the finished product with Walt as their cook.

I just don't see Todd going away so soon, unless the only purpose of his character was to do something [shoot the kid] which was the catalyst (gotta get a chemistry term in there) for the rift in Walt and Jesse's relationship. I think that him mentioning having connections had more to it than just being a reason for them not to cut him loose without having to worry about adding more people to keep quiet to the payroll. Maybe that spider did have a deeper meaning since I believe the last they showed Todd he was in the car looking at the spider in the jar.

Either way the new connect will be working for Walt, and not the other way around. You don't have an empire while working for someone else. I didn't really like this episode but I guess it was meant to show Walt and Jesse's relationship deteriorate and Mike needing to get out of the business.

I personally really liked the episode.

They're obviously going to somehow convince the DEA that Mike is actually out. Maybe they'll 'give' the DEA the other meth sellers... as a diversion.

I don't know if it matters but notice both Mike & Todd have 'prison connections'... that might come together later(?).

Does anybody else do the Story Sync while watching it? It's actually pretty fun.
 
that spider that todd now has in his possession has to be of some significance...?

Maybe that spider did have a deeper meaning since I believe the last they showed Todd he was in the car looking at the spider in the jar.

Since Mike and Jesse are so determined to get out of the biz, I have to think that Todd will step up. In this latest episode he called Walt, "Mr. White" as opposed to "sir." Just like Jesse call's Walt "Mr. White." I don't like the idea of Todd of taking Jesse's place, but he seems capable of doing so.

Perhaps the reason that they foreshadowed Walt's return to Albuquerque in the 1st episode, is that he was away working with the Mike's connect, the methylamine buyers, in Arizona.
 
Idk what's the big deal about this show. I've watched a few episodes and it's just not as intense and face paced as dexter. Like in dexter I'm literally holding my breath the whole time. The acting in this show is great though. The guy who is Walt is an excellent actor. Skyler is a stupid hoe though and she makes me not even want to watch the show.
 
I think it's funny that they're best chance to get rich is from a heist. After all this time of making meth and trying to get in that way, Walt getting by because he's a superior chemist, and yet after all this, they're getting the best deal from simply stealing something and selling it off.

Is Walt essentially done for? He seems like he's given up on trying to get back with Skylar and to have a good family life. The way he's acted lately he seems like he's going to die or get arrested soon.

I think Todd is creepy. After melting the kids bike in a barrell of acid and then putting the kid in a barrell, Todd shrugs it off as "Shit happens." That's pretty fucked up.

I have no idea what the writers have in store for Todd but I know it's prolly going to be a way fucked up situation

Plus this new drug king pin or whatever is coming into the picture, maybe he might kind of take Gus' place or something
The preview for next week gave me goose bumps though when the new meth guy finds out who Heisenberg really is

I just can't believe we only have what two episodes left and have to wait a whole year for the other part... That's going to suck, and you know there going to end this season with a cliff hanger like always lol
