i want to try ALL that stuff now... Prolly start with pork butt...i just have a medium size webber, nothing special. but i smoke all sorts of shit...pork butt, pork loin, ribs, wings, trout.
never done a brisket on it.

smoked pastrami? i don't know much about meat but that sounds terrible. isn't it...super brined and weird or something? i know there is like 6lbs of pastrami on the whole cow. i don't know what i'm talking about.
