Albion, that's not that bad. Due to anxiety (I believe), mine can be 160/90. If I breathe right, I can get it right down. Are you anxious? I did mine yesterday morning, and it was 107/64 with a heart rate of 45! Training must be doing me the world of good. Don't obsess over it, or it will keep going up. Have a valium and see if it drops. During leg presses and squats, your BP can hit 300/200. It's unlikely to be a serious issue. :)

I just did mine a few times - I never trust the first time, as I'm usually anxious about the results. Lowest out of both numbers was 127/64. Try it in the morning, before you get going.

I am a nervous wreck a lot of the time. I checked again today before I went in to town to hunt for jobs, I was pretty nervous, and scored 137/98 resting rate. Glad to hear it's unlikely to be anything major! :D I won't obsess ;) I might get back into an exercise routine though...I used to have loads of stamina that served me well in long distance running and cycling, wouldn't mind earning it back again these days. Also you put the smoking in perspective for me, Brimz. I smoked for 2 years, quit a few months ago. Probably not even a drop in the ocean.
 
Was 9.4 stone, now 10.7, fuuuuuck... time to get on the cardio n stop binge eating. if i can resist smoking a cig i can surely stop binge eating
 
Smoke more cigarettes instead of eating and your weight will go down again.

He said further up, he's 5 foot 11. I'm 5 foot 7 and I was a fucking waif, when I was 10 stone. I'm 14 stone now, and I'm still not that huge (I have lost some). I wouldn't be concerned in the slightest, at being that weight - you lucky fucker!
 
Yeah its not much, was 12+ stone before but that was muscle, just dont like the way my face puffs out when i gain flab, used to be a bit of a porker when i was a lot younger, not a big fan of my mug anyway let alone when it bloats. i know looks aint everything but fuck getting fat. for some reason sugar makes me binge eat. or thats my excuse.like the look of facial structure etc. tis ok ill lose it again... then gain it... then lose it... round and round

if i can give up week day smoking n meph i'll surely be able to give up the dirty binge eats. diet is properly healthy, apart from binging on cake and crap on the weekends, n then it slipped into weekdays. ok maybe ive overthought it lol, time to stop babbling n get on the cardio

Your goal is to put on over a stone of muscle whilst simultaneously losing a few pounds of body fat, in less than 2 months? I think you could probably do the bulking part, and maybe go upto 15% bf, but I don't think you'd be able to bulk and cut that much in 2 months. If you do both at the same time i'd expect maybe 10% body fat and the same weight. If you've got 16.25kg of fat on you, to get to 10% bf I think that'd be 3.75kg of fat to drop off whilst putting on an identical amount of muscle, which would come out at your target of a 7.5kg difference in body composition. That's putting on a pound of muscle and losing a pound of fat per week, which is the best most people can hope for without some performance enhancement. I think your target of being 14-15 stone at a lower body fat, lets assume 8-10%, would take most people at least half a year!

My workouts are going steady. My elbow fucking kills and I don't know why. I've focused on form, but I think it just needs a nice long break to heal up a bit. I need to up my cardio a bit though.
 
I just started lifitng this week. I get plenty of cardio on my bike in the week but want to work on my strength, so am doing squats and deadlifts and the like. Had an hour personal training session to get me started with the basics and my legs fucking kill but went again after a days rest and it seemed to loosen them up a bit. Fingers crossed this gym motivation might provide me with some motivation to cut out the shitty food.
 
Be careful lifting while still sore. I've done it a few times and it stopped all pain. However, you can injure yourself, so I'd wait 3-4 days between serious sessions, at least until your recovery time decreases.
 
Should leave at least two days before working the same muscle groups again heavily in the gym. I do two weight sessions per gym in the week, was going to up it but my coach said that there's very little point be ause the fibres, generally for most people, don't heal fast enough and if they are then you are not doing the first work out hard enough ;)
 
Oh well at least my pathetic body is getting a hard enough work out, still quite sore today =P

Just ordered the following off myprotein.co.uk;

l-glutamine, maltodextrin, dextrose, kg of impact whey, sample of true whey, sample of total gainer, kg of insatant oats and 400g cashew nuts = £44 delivered.

Debating getting some t-bullets too, has anyone tried them or would the less legal option of t-bols be better? £50 for 60 t-bullets vs £50 for 100 t-bols. Few mates have done the t-bols stacked with test etc and done fairly well. I was just thinking the t-bullets/t-bol on their own but not sure..
 
Haven't posted to this thread for a while, but I've finally got under 100kg. Scales read 99.2 this morning, feeling fucking chuffed with myself. Started around 120, aiming for about 80 so am halfway there. For my height and to achieve a bmi of 21, I should be aiming for 64kg, but I've got massively wide hips and big tits (at the moment, at least) and I can't see how anyone with my frame can possibly hope to achieve that weight and still have a decent amount of muscle on!

Just switched my weights routine on the advice of the owner of the gym I go to... giving slightly lower weights and higher reps a go for a couple of weeks, and I think it's helping as I'm definitely getting more of a sweat on, but I can't wait to go back to higher weights, I love showing off in front of all the cardio-mad ladies doing tricep extensions with 2kg dumbbells that I can lift almost as much as their boyfriends :D

Nah mate I'm just going to continue bulking til the end of august, then cut til say end of november, bulk silly over xmas til feb then cut again for my birthday.

Been looking at yesterdays Tough Mudder Scotland, well wanting to do that next year. Reckon the drinking will have to be cut to once a month.

Has anyone tried that t-bullets then? From what I can gather it definately wants a PCT run after but the gains are actually going to be better than turinabol would be. I would definately be running arimidex after. MSB's input here could be handy lol.

I'm not gonna say these test boosters are a waste of time or anything mate, cus they're definitely not. But what they are is a load of shit. They make you put on a bit of weight, most of it water, and they make it nigh on impossible to properly plan PCT for. Plus they are weak as fuck. Some of my mates went on them for a course and when they stopped their sex drive went off a cliff and they were just absolute messes for about 2 weeks after. Plus they lost all that muscle they put on too. If you really want (I hesitate to use this word) 'cheat', then just use real drugs and use them properly.

I read an awesome article a little while ago about the guy who creates the roid stacks for all the super star bodybuilders, and they take 5gs of test a week for 30 days, and over that period of time they put on a pound per day. Once they start their PCT and the cutting phase they use some shit called DPN, which takes off a pound of fat per day for 20 days but is pretty horrid stuff by all accounts. So at the end of rinsing and repeating this cycle they put on about 5 stone of muscle in 6 months. I am not advocating that anyone does anything this stupid, and I don't think anyone should go near DPN or anything, but that just shocked me.

I've just had a week off cus of the flu and general comedownyness and i'm raring to get back. I just bought some silk amino acids to see how good they are. Apparently they are a bit of a natural test booster. Check it out:

I was just about to ask that actually but I got a bit confused because both you and hx post in the same thread so my valium-retarded brain was taking a while to get there. How does it feel? Have you lost much strength?
