Yeah FEnt is more prescribed for Pain Relief than OXy.

As a poster said Oxy is very expensive in comparison with MST which is a similar type of thing in pain relief n 99% of Docs will go with the cheapest option.

Yeah Bupe patches are becoming more comon but can't see em catching on cos of the price they def won't be use for addiction .
They don't have as much ST. value as other stuff in this thread cos if you have a opiate habbit they are little use.

Sam can we change this thread name to Strong Prescription OPiates or something similar please as folk are posting about all the strong Opiates in here n it would be a good idea to have aplace where folk can get info on these type od Drugs.

My ex was on them for chronic pain caused by a car crash and they worked like a treat for her pain management :)
She gave me one when she knew I was going to be out of Codeine to quell H withdrawals. I can't remember the strength of it, but it was the matrix ones - not the gel ones (if they even exist) - so I cut away the adhesive around the rubbery matrix and kept it under my tongue. It was a very nice and smooth increase of effect and kept the WDs at bay very well indeed :)

I've never found Bupre to be recreational personally.

Re . Bupe never been in a position to get any recreational buzz from it , always addicted.
b4 i had a habit they were temgesic & hadn't been rebranded n weren't about much .

In theory, yeah. In practice it tends to be "make new thread then whinge like fuck when a mod tries to help you out by merging your thread with an existing one". ;)

Re: bupe - I've quite enjoyed it the few times I've had it, but I don't think I'd ever choose it above oxy or fent.

Yeah in theory .

I've heard from folk that do bupe rec . that it's a bit stimulating at 1st followed by a nod if yer lucky ?

I was put on it n got up to 32mg n it still wasn't working so it had to be back on the juice.
I tried as well did 3 days clean all i was told n i wanted it just wasn't to be i think it was the methadone all 7 years worth of it that got in the way .

They go for silly money in jail where they have to be spat back n crushed .
 
Is 200mg's Tramadol combined with 90mg of codeine alright for someone with a very low opioid tolerance?
 
It really depends on what dose you usually take and of what.

If you wished to experiment then take the Codeine all in one and then take the Tramadol in staggard doses (i.e. 50mg, wait half an hour, if you require more then another 50mg).
I've read somewhere (t'was years ago) that taking Tramadol in staggard doses like that ends up that the serum levels of O-Desmethyltramadol (Tramadol's main metabolite that acts on the µ-receptor) don't decrease, but remain at a steady constant and then, as you'd expect when ingesting more, levels increase.

So yuss - Not only would it be safer to take your Tramadol in staggard doses but you'd potentially get more out of it :)

Definitely stimulating, yeah. Big mood lift too - probably the biggest I've felt from any opioid. I always smoked a lot of weed and did benzos with it, which probably helped any nod along.

What Monsta says about the tram is bang on. I was addicted to that shit and ended up taking silly doses chasing some kind of opioid buzz, but I'd always find that the 50mg increments got me there pretty consistently. Or at least they did till tramadol stopped being any fun at all.

I usually to take about 400mg of tram on its own with weed. Not had any in awhile though.

Oh right, bit too late for that I'm afraid! Already munched the 200mg of Tramadol in one go. Guess I'll have to stagger out the Codeine instead. 30mg's at a time. Thanks for ya help, dude.

Codeine's two main metabolites that are thought to be responsible for Codeine's analgesic action and "high" are Morphine (by enzyme CYP2D6, which is then metabolised again into other metabolites and excreated relatively quickly) and Codeine-6-Glucuronide [aka.C6G] (by UGT2B7).

Anyway! [/ramble]
Next time, take your Codeine first (around 300mg) and then do the staggered dosing (50mg every half an hour) until you feel nice and nicely nice nice ;)

If you want to, and if you want to be 100% certain on how you react to Codeine, take Codeine alone to begin with ;)

was prescribed fent along with my other opiates but they didnt do much for me, i had hopes of them being a 'wonder drug' 1 patch every 3 days! perfect, no pain...! but it didnt work out like that! made me into a waster! stay safe people iv been to hell and back thanks to the NHS and iv WASTED a whole year of my life! seeing as i died at the start of 2010 but they got me fired back up again, i should be grateful of anything, even the constant pain!
just stay safe dont form any habits you dont have to!
 
not to mention the fent patches on my upper arm over my tattoos' made my tattoos' go WeIrD! -_-
 
It made me a waster too, but to be fair I was sticking the patches to foil in strips and vaping them. :\

Love it, though it's more compulsive than crack and it sends your tolerance mental.

safe mate :D i wont ever touch another opiate again for as long as i live! since iv kicked my NHS dependecy! i dont get any enjoyment from opiates what so ever! but each to there own, just be careful people!
