Synthetic Opioid Megathread

I have recently got some 5mg per 5ml oxynorm liquid. I've never done Oxy before, and although I take Kratom daily and have had a fair amount of O-Desmethyltramadol, poppy pods, codeine etc. I think I'm probably still fairly opiate/opioid naive, Any suggestions for a dosage?

Also I tend to take .5 mg Xanax every evening to help me get to sleep, presumably such a smalll amount wouldn't present any dangers mixed with oxycodone?
 
Is it safe to pop a few 75mg pregabalins with 300-400mg of tramadol?

I'd suggest that you take... 10mg to begin with, and you can always top up later if you need to.
Unlike some Opiates / Opioids, you can redose with no lessening of potency. So it's always good to err on the side of caution and be safe :)

Yes you should be fine :) If you've taken them before then you'll know your limits.
Again - Take 1 to begin with and then, if you feel under control, take another.
The golden rule always applies in such situations:

You can always take more but never "untake" what you've taken.
 
Thanks for the advice monstanoodle, it's a bit too late though, I ended up taking 20ml/mg and then crushing and snorting a 20mg oxycontin later on in the night.

I think I may have actually (strangely) found MSTs more euphoric in the past... I was surprised how long it lasted though, I still had pinned eyes when going into work at midday the following day, I spread the lines from the 20mg Oxycontin out over several hours so presumably that contributed to the length and meant less initial euphoria?

I think I'll go for the option suggested earlier in the thread and combine oral and insufflation from the outset next time I have time to have some.
 
Just curious with people going on about buprenorphine and tramadol; has anybody here tried pentazocine (Talwain)? I don't like buprenorphine (both times I tried it I felt like I had food poisoning with the nausea), but I'd treat buprenorphine as a birthday present compared with pentazocine. It is seriously weird and fucked up - as well as the mu receptors, it acts at the kappa receptors (the one that salvia acts at), such that you get this weird middle ground between morphine like effects and salvia (like alice through the looking glass weird, complete with attached fucked up logical thinking) resulting in things like you stand up turn around and suddenly it's like you're in someone else's house because to all intents and purposes, you're lost in your own house.

All I can say is be grateful for small mercies and if someone ever offers you pentazocine, look them straight in the eye and tell them to fuck off (unless you like the afore described weird shit ie people who like anticholinergic hallucinogents like henbane, datura or belladonna)

Nope, years of reading the sort of pharmacology books that go where normal text books fear to tread! I've never actually taken oxycodone before, but in the interests of science =D, I once did it with dihydrocodeine such that the pee contained glucuronates of dihydrocodeine and dihydromorphine.

Do I need to inform you that it's one of those last resort sort of things to do? I mean, squirting concentrated piss up your arse...

hi folks iv got hold of some oxycontin 20s and some dicanol 10/30 i know pretty much nothing about opiets done dhc codiene tram ect but thats it so next to no tolerance how would you advise on dosage and also whats better in terms of a buzz cheers
 
aslo 60 mg temaz and 300 mg lycra and a few glasses of vino is that a bit much or will it be sweet appreciate input because i know very little cheers better make that 90 mg temaz;)
 
I think the more substances with possible respiratory depression effects that you combine with opioids, the more iffy it can be. I'd suggest trying each on its own before mixing, and then when mixing with other downers being v. conservative with their dosages
 
Aftershocknrock: Oxy, temaz, pregabalin, wine and dykes... fuckin' dykes?!? With no tolerance? Either a very happy bunny, a very ripped off bunny or a very dead bunny with no tolerance. Let me know when you get back to us ;)

F&B: Got a feeling in me water that a certain autiegoth mentioned trying pentazocine a while back in some other thread. Could be mistaken though. Sounds very familiar from what you mention though. I'll pass thanks ;)

As for my own situation, any longterm tramadol users now not tramadol users about? If so, when the bloody fuckin' fuck do the brain zaps and ickily "mild-moderate" w/d symptoms finally stop? Been two months now and are still going pretty strong. A possible endpoint pointer would be a boon.

Or some decent opies instead. Nowt like shitey opi w/d to make you crave decent opies :!
 
I feel for you on the tram withdrawal thing, Shammy. I did it about eight years ago and it seemed to go on forever. It does stop, but I couldn't put a figure on mine because it was ages ago and I wasn't all that aware of what was going on until I was well into it.

An extremely shitty drug in so many ways.

Well... sort of. It really is a damn fine antidepressant if only for the instant effectiveness rather than weeks of nowt then... nowt worth having. I don't mind it as an opioid either really. But it really does go horribly wrong when it's a treadmill. Shit never ends and there's a fairly firm ceiling (for me at least) meaning the neverending does end but doesn't. As it were. A drag to say the least. Especially with the lack of possibility of any other drugs of note to distract you for fear of the dreaded SS (twice was more than enough :|)

Am only bitching about nowt really cos the worst is well passed now. Does tend to linger a tad though :\

Have noticed that MXE (and no doubt ket if it were around at the moment) works a treat for the w/d. At least for a few days. Roll on tomorrow's post then :D

sorry i didnt make my self very clear last night cause i was kinda fucked i was asking for info about the dicanol and oxy.

as im not opie tolerant im planing on doing each on seperate occasions(on thier own) is 20 mg oxy to much first time no tolerance and what about the diconal how dose it compare to oxy and is it safe just to pop that 10 mg one i have with no tolerace

ps the pregabilin and temaz and wine was what i was on last night im aware they are all cns depressants so not a good idea to mix in general just wondered if i was pushing it a bit with the dose but it was all sweet in the end. wobbly but sweet
 
You'll be fine with 20mg oxy. I've never had the pleasure of diconal so I can't really comment, but with no tolerance 20mg oxy will be enough for a very good time. You could even double that and still be okay safety-wise, though there's a good chance you'll vomit.
 
Remember you can always redose if you want to. Which you might, once you get a feel for it.

thanks sam im still looking for info on dicanol tho i have the option of getting more napp oxycontin 20s or soverign dicanols 10/30s both legit iv seen both the boxes and patient info leaflet i knoe dicanol is rare and sought after but having not tryed it yet and wont be trying it for a week or so i want to know if i should invest in a strip of dicanol aswell (quite expensive) any info appreciated thanks L
 
Have precious little experience with dikes other than they are/were luminious pink when prepped for IV and really rather scrummy. Strong but short-lived. Dunno about oral dosing of 'em though. Also, rare as very rare things indeed. Not heard of 'em being around for donkey's but one can but hope.

PS: Tram w/d seems to have abated considerably again (and after only 8 weeks "clean" so far 8)) so flare-up was probably just down to running outta codeine. Or drinking too much and just feeling generally shite. Or both.
 
Diconal? How the fuck did you find some of those, these days? (are you detecting a touch of jealousy in my voice? =D) They really are the creme de la creme (in best Miss Jean Brodie accent!) of opiods IME (didn't IM them because of the way there compounded, but did dissolve them and squirt them where the sun don't shine). Didn't have that many (a couple of strips), but I remember watching 'Gorillas in the mist' after plugging 3 and all I could see was Sigourney Weaver's face virtually filling my field of vision - if you're going to go down that route, I can't think of many people's faces I'd be happier having that happen with. They're also strange in that unlike a lot of opiates/opioids, I actually wanted to do things, rather than just sit wrapped up in pink fluffy cotton wool, under their influence; I even redecorated my front room at the time after having a couple!

That's one of the few strong opiates I'd be willing to dance with these days after my short affair with smack that ended with me vowing never to go near that particular drug ever again (if it was an affair you could say we had an acrimonious divorce!)
