Opioids What Happened To My Warm Fuzzies?

I don't know what the hell happened to me, but i took that last 40mg of oxy and nodded even harder than I did yesterday on 60mg.

What the hell is going on?! It's like I have a new brain or something. There was a little DXM in my system, but only 30mg.

Also, my bupe patch has reached peak plasma levels, so maybe that's it. i can't believe that oxy is suddenly having VERY strong effects now after all I've been trying to do to get high.

One week ago, 60mg of oxy didn't do much at all (barely even a buzz), now 40mg gets me pretty damn high.

Maybe lope was blocking after all? Or maybe the bupe is potentiating effects? Maybe a little DXM goes a REALLY long way? I don't know, but it really boggles my mind...but now I'm out of oxy, damn. This is probably for the best though.

I'll use a small amount of bupe to hold me over until I get some more. Anyway, i got SOME of my warm fuzzies back, hooray. This is still so weird, i wish I knew what made such a big difference.

i welcome any theories as to why I can feel higher (MUCH higher, like not feeling anything at all to nodding out) on the same or smaller doses only days later. The only two things that it could be in my mind are:
1. Maybe loperamide does have a significant blocking effect after all
2. Maybe buprenorphine potentiated the effects, or maybe DXM did
3. Maybe...and this is just totally unbased, using Adderall for the first time in a long time reset something in my brain.

Sorry i keep going on about this, I'm just so blown away by the sudden effects opiates are having on me now, and my tolerance has only gone up, not down, before all this.

I've heard a lot of people claime that low dose buprenorphine used before a full agonist can potentiate there high. It's likely that the lope created a tolerance issue, as it is closely related to fentanyl.

I'm not trying to resurrect my old thread or anything but i have done more research and i think it could help some people:

I have acquired more oxycodone and took 30mg orally, the only drugs I've used for the past 2 weeks have been 2.5mcg/hr of buprenorphine transdermally. I initially felt little to nothing from the oxy but 4 hours later I took 60ml of DXM and 25mg of diphenhydramine and I starting having pretty severe respiratory depression and bradycardia. It seems potentiation more than half-way through is still effective.

I think DXM makes all the difference for me, I felt almost nothing before now I'm pretty messed up, no real euphoria though.

Is it possible that you're just fucked up off the DXM and diphenhydramine combo?? Im asking only because DXM itself is psychoactive, and it seems surprising that it would kick the oxy into gear four hours later, but then again, I've never used it as a potentiator and don't really understand how it works with opiates.

Actually I am starting to think it is just the diphenhydramine and DXM, as the high is really uncomfortable. Also, my pupils are pretty dilated, not constricted.

Yea diphenhydramine can cause a sort of dirty intoxication similar to alchohol with some slight visual hallucinations, and it also can cause an erratic heart beat, as well as slowed breathing. I imagine DXM would amplify this.

I'm going to try plugging my first significant amount of oxycodone tomorrow (10mg in the past, did very little if anything) with 45mg.

If I don't feel anything I'm going to give up on buying these extremely expensive pills for a while. I tried hydrocodone but 40mg just made me feel dysphoric, that's all opioids seem to be doing to me anymore, making me feel BAD!

Any tips for plugging 45mg in a buprenorphine tolerant person? Will DXM or cimetidine (tagamet) potentiate even with the plugging ROA?

How many mL's of water do you recommmend with 45mg of oxycodone (1 and a half blue roxicodone tablets)?

You really shouldn't need to use more than 1mL, if that, though using a full mL will insure that you have just about 100% of the oxy in the oral syringe. I doubt plugging will be any more effective than oral with oxycodone though. It might even be less. However it will offer a much faster come up, so it may still work better.

I would also stick to tagamet, as the DXM might just fuck with you're high.

But I've read that rectal oxycodone is superior to oral in every way?

EDIT: After reading a bit more, people say rectal oxy is kinda lame, so I'm thinking about snorting the hole 45mg...I just haven't had much luck with oral ingestion. When you snort a powder, where in your nose do you want the powder to land? Way up in your nose or closer to you nostril entrances? Do you want to snort it hard enough so it goes all the way to your throat?

No you don't want to snort is so it goes to you're throat.(though with oxy it wouldn't be bad because then it would just be ingested orally). You want to sniff into softly so it sticks to the lining of the inside of you're nose, if you do it correctly you shouldn't get a drip.

Well, I just did 45mg nasally and it's been 10minutes so we'll see what happens, if anything. I keep being perpetually disappointed by opiates, I'm about to just give up and use stims for a while and let my tolerance go down, maybe even get totally off the buprenorphine and get back to 0 and try using again.

Roxies are just SOOO expensive, especially in Japan, and i'm not even getting high from them. I just keep wanting that high I used to know but I jsut don't think it's going to happen with my bupe tolerance. I'm waiting on my 4FA but the lazies haven't even shipped it yet, and I don't know how long it will take.

Also, been thinking about getting some etilozam but can't find any vendors that will ship to me. Oh well...

Dude, it will take forever to get high on opiates after 5 years of bupe. I firmly believe from past experiences that an 8mg Sub blocks opiates for 4 days, period. There is no way around it and it annoys the fuck out of me when people think there is, its a placebo effect, period. If I am not mistaken, EVERY single 1 you take will block 4 days. It would take you like 6 months of NO Bupe (or a lot longer) to even get buzzed. Sorry bro.

That's not true,, bupe works differently for everyone. Ie gotten high eight hours after taking higher dosages than 8mg, and it surely was not placebo, because I injected heroin, got a rush, and a nod. On lower dosages (2mg/day) I can definately feel heroin, oxycontin and oxymorphone.

It's true that bupe will block, but not for four days. Or at least I never had to wait that long

I'm on 2.5mcg/hr patches of buprenorphine, so i think there is no blockade effect whatsoever, but my tolerance is SOOO high from being on it so long.

I got a little euphoria from the 45mg but it was nowhere near worth the cost, so I think I'm going to give up on opiates for a while.

Actually, I might do pods since that was the highest i got on opiates since i started experimenting lately, and it still was underwhelming.

If I can manage to quit bupe and be off of it for a month or so, maybe I'll be able to get high again and use RC's to keep me entertained and get through the WD...I'm just so disappointed, and have spent a ton of money and haven't even gotten a single good high.

UPDATE: My high seems to have peaked about 2 hours after insufflation, I have a nice euphoria going now, still not worth the money, I'd be higher having taken 40mg of Adderall or 4mg of buprenorphine.
