My psychonaut shuttle crew in geostationary orbit above Vanuatu reports the following:
Psilacetin Fumarate
15mg: Oral. A strange visual grid was overlaid upon things, but it was more of a kind of conceptual overlay, then a visual. Just a subtle visual enhancement. Lots of emotional boost. Subject did a lot of crying and self-reflection, and came out of the other side a few hours later feeling very centered and calm.
35mg: Oral. Now it's starting to get interesting! Repetitive patterns like wall texture, carpet, come alive. Subject vomited on the come up. Glyphs and phosphenes appear out of thin air, linger for a few seconds, and vanish. There is an introspective, and vastly expansive headspace.
50mg: Oral. "Whooaaaahhhh". 30 minutes after dosing, subject is tinkering around on their computer. Music begins to sound very unpleasant and mechanical. Subject tries to turn it off, but the framework of language is rapidly degrading, almost as quickly as the vibrant and organic fractals are overrunning subject's visual field. Subject loses contact with reality for a brief period, having met a peculiar, rotund, glass-like yellow being. A brief foray of vomiting ensues, after which all traces of body load are gone. Subject proceeds to phase into an indescribably intense psychedelic experience for roughly 2 hours. Effects drop off back to the fractal/visual phase for another 2 hours, then a mushroom-esque giddiness is present for another 2.5 hours.
50mg: Oral. A great experience. The chaotic/impersonal feel of the last experience is replaced with an experience of profound connectivity and understanding. There is a '4th dimension', as if one is moving in directions which it really isn't possible to move in. Subject describes no sensation of gravity or euclidean relativity, despite being otherwise aware and lucid to surroundings. Beautiful fractal visuals. Symbols and designs of profound meaning are intuitively conveyed. Beautiful fractals visual both eyes open and closed, but they are not to the point of overwhelming vision.
80mg: Oral. Now this is just pushing it. There is some bodily discomfort, combined with the same overwhelming psychedelic immersion as the first 50mg experience.
130mg: Oral. This was a bad idea. Total psychedelic and physical ass-kicking. One of the lighter-weight subjects is mildly jaundiced the following morning. It looks like the optimal intense/safe dose was many many mg ago.
