depends what music your into,

see i mix trance mostly,
so thats like 140bpm.

i just match the pitches with the pitch adjust,
make a nice loop on the track im cueing up,

Then count the beats on the second track, 1 , 2 , 3, 4
and then get both beats going 1, 2, 3, 4 together,
then i creep the volume up on track im cueing with bass higher, then at a certain point i turn the bass off on the other one,
