It’s not easy. In fact right now my partner is asleep next to me and I’m awake at 12:53an, wanting to watch what’s in the other tabs on my mobile browser. I’ll go to sleep soon, frustrated and angry, but at least I’m feeling real emotions and tomorrow when my wife come home from work I’ll have energy to enjoy every bit of her.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'm going to my doctor in 3 weeks and I'm going to ask about my hormones (40's) and the medication.
I'm not dating anyone but as I'm getting sober I want a normal life and a good sex life goes with that.

I'm no stranger to how opiates kill the sex drive and being single I was ok with that.
But I got back in contact with my high school sweetheart and I want to eventually have sex. But I'm on hydromorphine and no sex drive at all.

At my old clinic I remember guys getting a testosterone shot for that purpose but what is there for women?

I know I'm a bit late on this thread, but at work and bored as fuck. My tip. Hit up any Dark Web market. Right now DrugHub is the ringer. If you don't know how to access them or use TOR, god fucking help ya. I can give a simple rundown if you wish. Anyhow, once on any market search in the steroids section. My man 'Simply Steroids' is my go to, but any will work. Get some Testosterone Propionate (Test-P) , and if you're feeling bold some Trenbolone Acetate (Tren-A). These two are a killer combo in the get ripped world. They both have little esters (the shit that makes you grow man-boobs), but pack a punch with the libido. I use them during a cutting stack when on a steroid cycle, and man....you will have a sex drive and boners like you just started puberty again. They're cheap. Maybe $40 a piece. Amazon some 3ml syringes and 25g needles. Draw maybe .3ml of the test p, .2ml of the tren; in the same syringe. Slap your glutes a few times, stick and inject. Pretty simple. You probably don't even need that much, but do it every other day and set an alarm so you pin at the same time of day. After a few days you will feel it. Even holes in old trees will begin to look sexy, and you wont recognize your dick when its hard. Big veiny fucker.

Also, all the steroids vendors sell Viagra and Cialis. I like to use both as Viagra hits quicker and Cialis stays up to 72hrs in your system.

One note. Tren is extremely potent. Something like 7x's as powerful as test. Use only a little. I read somewhere that its synthesized from bull testosterone. And not trying to scare anyone away, but at times when pinning (injecting) tren if you hit an artery or vein, even nick it, with tren on the needle you will experience 'tren cough.' You won't die so don't freak out, but you will be coughing like a newbie on their first real bong hit for about a minute.
