Your word of the day.

Nigh-on impossible to read that word and not think 'urinal' is involved in some way or other. Also, I'm not currently diurnal - halfway is better than it has been all week though.

Hmm... word... rubbery. Cos the carrots I bought for me curry but a couple days back had turned to rubber already. Only took 'em out the fridge cos they were going black. Veggies really don't like warm weather (or fridges apparently) do they :!

You've got to tell them a fridge-time story before you put them in. It's the stress of the new environment, makes them all tense. I always talk to my vegetables to calm them down, never had any problems

Think I'm gonna have to write to the Co-Op and complain in the strongest of terms for not mentioning that on the... there wasn't a label but they could've put a sticker on each carrot mentioning this fact dammit :!

It's a conspiracy to keep you from storing vegetables for extended periods, increasing sales. I hope the vegetable corporations aren't going to come after me for sharing this secret, they're ruthless. Money makes the world go round eh :D

It truly is a conspiracy I tells ya. The council grew fruits 'n' veggies in all the places they usually plant flowers this year and said people could help themselves. What they didn't mention is that all the local wildlife got first dibs on everything. Lies and deception I say :sus:
