Your word of the day.

I'm guessing the vent was one of those who became a star on the radio rather than the television. One of few careers where you don't even have to attempt to do your job and can still be paid. Nice use of the word verisimilitude though - another one that just sounds good.

adjective, tip·si·er, tip·si·est.
1.slightly intoxicated or drunk.
2.characterized by or due to intoxication: a tipsy lurch.
3.tipping, unsteady, or tilted, as if from intoxication.
Origin:
1570–80; tip2 or obsolete tip strong drink (perhaps back formation from tipple1 ) + -sy. Compare obsolete bumpsy in same sense
