I've been told very sore to poke firmly (which is kinda likely when dicks are involved - thrusting is called that for a reason). Coaxing with gentle (or slightly less than gentle (but not too rough) fingertips is another matter. Seems common sense to me. I soft teasing of the bellend but if some cunt starts bashing at it with clubfeet they can get to fuck (clubfeet cos clubhands are less of a thing - tis but metaphorical dontcha know).
