I was going to make some poor joke based around diarrhoea but first checked to see what your word meant. What a mind blowing concept. I'd love to meet a sufferer. Even more so those pressure of speech ones who speak a million miles an hour and rapidly change topic by rhyme or pun. Mental. Literally. Good mental I mean. Another plane.
