This isn't just my worst film ever, it's actually the worst film ever. And always will be. It's hard to even describe it as a film. To start with, everything traditionally associated with film-making is dreadful in this production. Script (if there was one), acting, direction, special effects (or lack of), costume, photography, scenery, score, editing and casting all try their hardest to redefine the word abysmal. This unbelievable crock of shit makes the likes of Dogma, Phantom Menace, Plan 9 from Outer Space, the Perfect Storm, The Postman etc look like incredibly masterful and insightful works of genius.
I'm talking, of course, about The Roller Blade 7. It's not even so-bad-it's-good. Hell, it doesn't even manage so-bad-it's-mildly-amusing, at any point. Even the title is misleading - during no point in the entire film are seven characters on the screen at the same time. Much as I've tried, I can't really get across to you how truly diabolical this film is. Truly.
Other than that, the Perfect Storm plumbed new depths of sentimental arsewankery. I actually went to the cinema to see it as well. Argh!
