Your Hangover/Comedown Cures

I know that some people can get nauseous from doing it excessively in a session, especially if theyre new to the substance, although I dont think its quite as common as you think it is.

And most of those posts from the Google search arent even about a "Ketamine body load"

How common is up for debate. Gotta admit tho... ket on average has more body load than mxe... or so it would seem from most trip reports, etc.. we can only speculate technically.
 
Alcohol Hangover: Plenty of water, carbs, fruits (usually apple and banana) and weed does the trick without fail every time.

Meth Comedown: Xanax or Valium, Water, Alcohol (if i have no benzo's which is most of the time) and yes, more weed.
 
My alcohol hangover remedy:

1) Drink a big ass cup of cold water
2) Puke it up
3) Cube a potato, pan fry with butter, scrambled egg, douse in ketchup, eat
4) Drink two beers, take 600mg ibuprofen

Breakfast of champions.
 
For alcohol:
Coconut water
Tums
Klonopin
Fish oil
Weed
Green tea
A cold room
The Weather Channel and don't change the channel till I feel alive
Then a multi-vitamin 2 hours later (when I'm not nauseas)

For amps:
Same as above but more of everything and some food if I'm lucky.

methamphetamine binge - any sympathomimetic drug like pseudoephedrine or phenylephrine to relieve nasal congestion, some ibuprofen or naproxen for mild bodily aches, l-tyrosine for lack of dopamine/norepinephrine(correct me if I'm wrong), caffeine for energy, mutlivitamins and minerals for overall health and of course, hygiene, food, and water is a must. If you're trying to go to sleep, doxylamine, and a glass of red wine, along with a little phenibut.

opiates - phenibut for anxiety and restless legs, any sympathomimetic drug like pseudoephedrine or phenylephrine to relieve nasal congestion, some ibuprofen or naproxen for mild to moderate pain, some multivitamins and minerals wouldn't hurt, meclizine for nausea, doxylamine for sleep(night time only), caffeine to prevent yawns(day time only), loperamide for diarrhea relief, perhaps a glass of red wine or a good beer as long as you don't go overboard and of course hygiene, food, and water is a must.
 
For meth comedown, more meth. I dont really come down from meth, or i guess, speaking for myself, i would go on runs and wouldnt stop until my body physically did. Which meant nodding out where ever i was, despite how much meth i keep doing. Would wake up after only a few hours of the deepest, most beautiful sleep feeling energized and refreshed, eat, rehydrate and repeat. It was funny because i would never sleep for more than 4-6 hours every 4 or so days, but eventually every few weeks itd catch up to me and id have a solid 24-48 of straight sleep. That was the real recovery. Mostly just survived on powernaps and drumstick ice cream king cones. When i ate, i tried to make it very calorically dense food because i rarely ate. And had a thing for those triple choc drumsticks even in mid winter in Alaska.

Now if i do meth it takes me a good 24-36 to recover. Its horrible. Mostly cant leave the house cos my face is picked apart. I cant use meth sparingly. I guess my body became accustomed to being a rweaker and i didnt feel the eddects. If i were to iv meth tonight, well id pass it up because i know i wouldnt be doin a run and the comedown scares me too much.

I hate MDMA comedowns. Gatorade & cereal. And if my mouth is too sore from chewing on the inside while high, just musy bland food like rice or bananas. And try to sleep. Make sure have no plans the day after.

Comedowns are too hard on me now though, i avoid any drug with a miserable come down. Ill just stick with my downers where my "comedown" is to just drift peacefully.asleep.
 
Valium, oral cannabis, green tea, magnesium, multivitamin, powerade, hemp protein, bacon, pancakes, ibuprofen, a hot shower, good inscense, warm blanket, and a good comedy.

minus the weed that sounds like a lovely night in, hungover or not.

Ketamine, however is my favorite cure all, particularly if i find myself with no heroin after a crack session.

A good tip if you're suffering with a 2 or 3 day alcohol hangover, is a sea salt flush.
Mix 2 tablespoons of quality sea salt (NOT table salt!!) into 2 pints of pre-boiled/filtered water and down it (i have to stop for a few seconds halfway through). It's the same gravity as the blood so the kidneys don't process it, neither is it absorbed into the bloodstream so it literally 'flushes' you out. If done correctly you'll do a normal poo, then those 2 pints of sea salt water will come out of your bum, with it all the bits of crap in your gut. It won't work on day one of a hangover because you'll be too dehydrated and you'll just retain the water, but if you're still feeling grotty on day 2, it'll get rid of any nausea and generally increase your sense of wellbeing.

Also handy for heroin withdrawals if done around the time constipation turns to diarrhea, will speed up the process.
