Your Hangover/Comedown Cures

Alcohol hangover -> benzos / weed / NSAIDs / lots of water. I don't usually use opiates because of the nausea.
Opiate withdrawal -> benzos / weed / NSAIDs
Benzo withdrawal -> opiates
Stimulant comedowns -> opiates / weed / benzos / food / water

Mostly all my hangovers are from stimulants. I've had alcohol hangovers like twice so I don't have anything to say with that. Stims are the only drugs I get hangovers from as I don't use anything else enough to get withdrawals. How I deal:
- sleep (sometimes with the help of benzos or other sleeping meds), eating healthy foods (veggies, tofu), drinking lots of water
- I try to at least go for a walk or something like that

Alcohol: At least 1l of water before going to bed, better chased with some salty, greasy food + tylenol/ibuprofen. If I still feel like shit the next morning, more of said things + weed/benzos/metoclopramide/diphenhydramine. Or just another sip of alc.

Stims: I rarely take stims for recreation when I'm not on some kind of opiate. If I would, opiates would be the cure %)

After a night of drinking, which for me is 2-4 pints of very strong ales. I probably won't have a hangover that a cup of coffee can't cure. If I really go blotto (3-6 beers + benzos + mariuana + a pack of cigs). I will feel like absolute shit in the morning. However, I take my 8mg suboxone, drink some coffee, pop some Asprin, maybe smoke a bowl and eat toast and low and behold hangover has been cured.

Oh I forgot to mention, for certain comedowns/hangovers, SEX can be a miracle cure all, as long as you're not too physically exhausted to engage, in that case it could backfire.

1.chocolate milk
2. Bath with Epsom salts. swim if its warm
3. Eat.
4. Supplements. Multi, bcomplex, magnesium.
5. Valerian tincturw to sleep

Alcohol: Green tea, water, gatorade, ramen.

MDMA: 5-htp, magnesium, melatonin, benzo (usually don't have any lol) -> sleep.

Well since last night was one of those nights for me (Whiskey, weed & speed).
Booze is simple in my opinion-I smoke a bowl before I pass out and try to eat something(healthier) even from the gas station and drink a glass of water. Because speed makes you stay up the weed, for me, chills me out enough from the speed to somewhat pass out. Granted it's not the best sleep and I'm always the last one up (even before I used speed) so mainly just forcing yourself to regulate the breath and smoke until your eyelids get tired.
The next morning I smoke a bowl--probably multiple depending upon how late I went to bed/how early I got up. With the speed I'm prescribed Fluxetine(Prozac) and Klonopin(benzo). I try very hard to take my Flux. every day as it helps regulate my dopamine levels. The klon. is awesome but I only take it as needed-it takes the edge of completely. I'm not one to like "downers" so I rarely take my klon. Be careful, many people become addicted to them as well. You know how you are--be aware of what you like.

My main advice for all: Water no matter what! Alcohol and Speed are very hard on our teeth. If you drink plenty of water you're able to reduce the acidity within your mouth to almost normal levels. ELECTROLYTES are key if you've been up ALLL NIGHT and having a "sunday funday" or whatever. The only drink I suggest is Gatorade-ladies, try not to rely on Gatorade as it has a lot of sugar and can then cause weight gain and/or defeats the purpose of trying to be easy on the pearly whites :) Last but not least--SMOKE WEED :)) It helps with nausea and tells your brain to eat which is important if you're binge drinking or using Speed.

alcohol - sleep, WATER, a spliff/joint or maybe bong bowl of some heavy indica. Eggs and bacon, or anything greasy and delicious that won't upset my stomach
stimulants - beer/liquor and lots and lots of hash/weed. I like benzos for coming down off coke/amps/whatever, but i rarely have access to them and for the most part I don't need them.

As for physical activity, it depends on how hungover I am, and from what. Sometimes it helps, but for the most part sitting on the couch with a spliff works wonders..

Amphetamines: Water, Sleep, Hot bath, Food, Antioxidants of all kinds, Green tea, vitamin B6/B12/C/D3, chelated magnesium, yerba mate, cannabis, 5-HTP, l-tyrosine, and diazepam.

Cocaine: Diazepam and Green Tea.

Alcohol: Yerba Mate and cannabis.

Opioids: Diazepam

alcohol hangover: light stim (or low dose of something stronger), benzo or two, lots of water, antacid pills, physical activity, fruit
also, drinking mostly vodka gives me practically non existent hangovers

The best cure for the hangover is water...take excess amount of water re-hydrate the body because the different problems you face next day is the result of dehydration. Alcohol makes the kidneys release extra fluid. It is highly recommended to drink enough water before and after consuming alcohol.

Simply keeping hydrated by having a glass of water here and there between drinks will have you avoid a hangover. Being properly nourished with a solid meal before the session is also a must.

I've been working on one for alcohol for the last year. Before I would just take xanax and smoke bud until I felt better (not recommended in the spirit of HR). So here's the best I found with my research.

Alcohol: Eat something a couple hours before you start drinking. Eat something before bed. I don't drink water before bed it makes me piss all night but ymmv. Keep 40 oz of diluted gatorade (with water not vodka!) by your bedside you will probably need it when you wake up in the middle of the night to piss. In the morning I drink coconut water, then a protein shake, then a cup of black tea. I try to eat but most of the time I can't so I just take a tums and wait it out a minute.

water, grapefruit (it's my favorite fruit, and it's healthy), marijuana, rhodiola rosea if feeling extra dead.

when i'm hungover i usually have an empty stomach from either not eating while high or being so high/drunk i puked, so a staple of my recovery is a solid portion of some healthy food that's really fatty. natural fatty foods never upset my stomach and usually help can kick-start my body into feeling normal again.

Alcohol: I have these strong multivitaminpills that dissolve in water (no idea what the proper english name for these things is) that I take before going to sleep, maybe it's a placebo but often works like a charm.
I believe that vitamin C in high doses helps break down alcohol faster too and should help against hangovers but Im not very familiar with how these things work..
