your first time smoking weed did you get high

@Psychomimetic

My first memory of me smoking resulted in failure.

And, get this, I remember taking the time to hit the blunt, hold the smoke in my mouth, and then take a really deep breath of air.

I'm not avoiding answering questions, I'm simply saying there are no definitive answers to the questions that have arisen.

Cannabinoid receptors are indeed active from birth, and they serve a great number of purposes other than getting high. They don't serve a purpose when not receiving cannabinoids, as far as I know.

What the fuck does that even mean? Even when used medicinally weed has the awesome little side effect of getting you high, and I'm pretty sure cannabinoids are primarily responsible for it.

/\lol he means that the receptors in your brain serve other purposes besides receiving drugs to get you high. for example, your cannabinoid receptor was serving a function in your brain before the first time you smoked weed. it was not somehow "activated" by smoking marijuana, it was already active. i believe, but am not totally sure(i guess you are right i need to do some research) that your body produces a natural cannabinoids?, which is why humans have CB receptors and also the ability to get high. what sort of research have you done?

There's gotta be a definitive answer (either it's neccesary that you get high during your first time having cannabinoids in your brain or it isn't), although I understand if you don't know. I guess I don't either, but I'm pretty sure that there's no way that someone who got a sufficient amount of the drugs in them properly can not get high on their first time using the drug. I was just curious about the definitive answer.

Mafioso got what I meant right. Cannabinoid receptors serve many purposes other then getting high, and your body does produce its own natural cannabinoids. Cannabinoid receptors are active from birth.

I haven't ever heard of someone eating decent pot food on their first time and not catching a buzz.
