“You are essentially who you create yourself to be and all that occurs in your life is the result of your own making.” Stephen Richards

If the window is closed surely you'd see the glass as well? The array of miniscule SiO2 molecules jiggling about? And all the reflections in it --maybe even that of your own face, imagine that Sammy--, this dance of photons? You'd miss all that with the window open.

Ummm. I feel stupid. Explain, please?

I'm not Charles Baudelaire, am I? :)

Think about it a bit - you 'see' more in your imagination - which has unlimited potential and no boundaries - than you do with your ocular sight, which is restricted to apprehending only what the physical world presents it with, and sending that signal to your brain, which in turn reduces it to digestible information, rather than a 'true' representation of the physical world.

It's a romantic notion, sure, but Charlie was a romantic guy.

Looking unto Jesus the Author and Finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Hebrews 12:2

If the author and finisher be for us who can be against us :)

Charles Baudelaire not familiar with His work either.

I prefer new romantics, new creations.. Things that eye has not seen nor ear heard that has been prepared for us.

Nothing that can even be imagined yet. Utterly new.

You wouldn't like it.

It's in French, and it's all about whores, pestilence, degradation, insanity, intoxicants and the terrible beauty therein.

Y'know, the usual. But Baudelaire was like the Hank Williams of the scene.

Ooooooooooohhhh. Very nice. Ta. :)

Life isn't about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.
