I used to work in ninewells mate so I would have went past it every day. Guess I couldn't see it for looking. 8)

Lived in Edinburgh for 2 years and never been up Scott Monument. Just never occured to me to actually go up.

Houses of Parliament:

I can hear the bells chiming when I lay in bed at night. It's also great to look at whilst tripping.

More of a shameless plug of my picture (I really like this one) but the Hancock Tower in Chicago is also pretty amazing - I love the architecture of it...
Plus, it has an awesome cocktail bar on the 96th floor with breathtaking views of the city! ...what more could you ask for?

yeah... like i said, it would be great if people could say where all these lovely buildings are. and i bet a lot of them are in wikipedia too, so the dorkier of us here could read more about them.

tbh i find all those skyscrapers quite ugly. love those old english and "artsy" (like that building 32) buildings though. i'm still a bit angry about not having a chance to see those gaudí buildings when i was in barcelona.
