Your favorite benzodiazepine and why?

Valium is good
i dont like xanax that much ... clonazepam is good but my best is valium

i'm a fan of benzos, but only occasionally.

I definitely like alprazolam the most. Down south pills are really big, so diazepam, clonazepam, or alprazolam are always around. I switch between them because of availability.

I consider alprazolam to actually have a sort of rush (because of the short action perhaps), while klon and valium just set in over the day. I don't use stimulants anymore, but its like alprazolam is the crack, and the others 2 are cocaine.

I'm about to try some midazolam - have heard good things about it, and i like the short-acters.

Like There's Any Competition...

Alprazolam,
hands down.

It's the great all-rounder.
Agrophobic?
Meth Come-Down?
Need to make a difficult situation seems smoooove.
GAD?
Anxious?
Bored & got alcohol?
Insomnia?
Bored?
Need to ride out that end of pill-ruff'ness or acid-confusion?
Wake-up call?
Just takes training, dependence,
& you can't get of it without
throwin' yourself repeditively
through a metaphorical plate-glass window into brain-vinegar.

And I get script'd, well,
a LARGE amount.
$8 for 200mg.
8mg/day...
Gotta love AusPharmBenefitScheme.
%)

But I seriously need it,

currently perscribed .5 klonopin (clonazepam) take it about once or twice per week.

i tried 5mg valium and it made me depressed and it sucked. continued to have anxiety and possible withdrawal symptoms until .25 clonazepam was administered. anxiety and or w/d symptoms soon then subsided.

I've only tried alprazolam (xanax) and clonazapam (klonopin) but of the two I definately prefer clonazapam.

xanax didnt really seem to do much for me but give me worse anxiety and minor wd's when I stopped taking them.

I think UnSquare said it best in the above post "you can't get of it without throwin' yourself repeditively through a metaphorical plate-glass window into brain-vinegar." ..... lol

clonazapam on the other hand really seemed to help me with my social phobia and other anxietys

It's sad, but I like clonazepam the most simply because of how much it has helped me. The long action gets me through the whole day nicely. The downside would be cognitive impairment. I feel mentally dulled and my memory is quite terrible.

Lorazepam really sounds interesting... CEVs? I might be switching benzos soon. Temazepam also sounds nice... =D

Diazepam has never really seemed to have much of an effect on me.

Oh, I'm not prescribed any of these. I don't try to use them for recreational purposes that often, apart from to potentiate other drugs, mostly alcohol.

i got vivid OEVs on lorazepam

Diazepam because it gets me better and I have access to it at cheaper costs than any other benzo haha ;p

Alprazolam is very nice, but lorazepam has an almost trippy edge to it for me, so I choose lorazepam. Valium is too subtle.

wow i am impressed at the support of lorazepam. i thought people usually thought it sucked. it's actually kind of ironic because that is the benzo often prescribed to children to calm them down, and i doubt 'trippiness' is the effect the parents intend to induce.

as for me...didn't like alprazolam much...dind't like diazepam much...have a long term prescription to clonazepam that i don't use that often, but i guess i'll pick that.

valiums. Not only does it ease my anxiety and relax me, but it makes me feel good. I get a much more physical feeling from eating valiums than other benzos.

can those be injected like valium (diazepam) or versed?
In the interests of harm minimisation benzos aren't water soluble, so you shouldn't really even attempt to inject diazepam. If that's your thing, try taking your benzos an hour or so before a hit of heroin, much more effective.
