Your Experiences With The Cops

The eye nystagmus test is an easy way for cops to lock you up as it's your word against theirs in court.

I've gotten away with riding the white line while driving high quite a few times. Usually it was late at night and it was before heroin became an epidemic here so I'd say I'm just tired. One cop actually offered to follow me home to make sure I made it alright. He waved goodbye as I pulled into my neighborhood as well. Nice guy actually.
 
I wasn't with them but once a close friend of mine was hot boxing his van with a bunch of other people parked in a parking lot when a cop knocks at the door and a huge cloud of smoke pours out as they open it. He takes their blunt and asks them if they have anymore on them. One fesses up to having a dime and hands it to the cop. He dumps it on the ground and smushes it with his boot, then tells them them they have to leave without searching or arresting any of them. Sometimes being honest actually pays off. This was in Florida were they are strict as hell with weed.
 
Getting arrested by a cop I knew a fair bit. He opens the back door, and before I get in, I look at the seat and the floor to make sure there was no dope planted in there. I'd seen it happen to friends of mine. He sees me do this.

"BlueSaffron, (Obvs he said my real name), I wouldn't do that." I turn to look at him and I see that he's actually upset, angry and I'd say even a little wounded (I'm serious) that I would think he'd do that. "Blue, you know me. I think you know better than that."

I actually felt bad for hurting his feelings, lol.
 
I dont have very good experiences with the police, they do more damage then good imo. 7 times out of 10 i get profiled for a drug dealer/user for no reason at all i dont look like a dug up junkie nor am i rolling around in a fancy vehicle, when ever i pass or see a cop i just hope to lord i dont look suspect to them at that point and time or hope they are occupied with fucking someone elses day up. There have been like 2-3 times where i got let off but all my other encounters with them they were straight nazi's. I know some can be cool but the majority of them imo are full of shit.

I have noticed in my area it depends on what county your in to, some counties in my area that have a higher murder rate/armed robbery etc. those counties i feel more comfortable in because they have way more hardcore shit to deal with so they are less likely to fuck with me. Compared to rich stuck up yuppie counties where they have nothing better to do other than fuck with anyone for anything.
 
I was on my way out of Chicago after copping driving down the expressway. Suddenly there were all of these road construction signs and it was confusing as hell..well i was pretty rocked. But I ended up turning off a exit ramp that was actually a ramp to get onto the expressway. So as I get uup the ramp I realize i'm on the wrong side of the street and theres a big ass median between lanes. I fuckin drive over the median as a cop drives by and pulls me over. Now realize I'm a white boy in the fuckin hood of south chicago and I have like 4 bags on me. Luckily I see this big fatass cop get out his car and he just looks guillible. So I put some pussy ass music on and look all innocent. I show him my ID and shit and say I was lost. He let me go. FAWK YEAH.
 
Went into a hair salon to snort coke at 3am since I worked at night during this time. The guy that took me there said it was safe and belonged to the family. So we start snorting coke. He walked into the bathroom to take a piss so I am doing a line near this window when I see a flashlight shine in. I thought oh fuck, this is about to get bad. I call my friend to hurry up and we come outside to talk to the cop.

The cop asks what the fuck we are doing and my friend said that the owner of the store told him to come by because he thought he didn't lock the safe that was inside. The cop said, that's smart of the owner because there have been a lot of breaking and entering going on in this neighborhood. Then he looked at me and said what are you doing here though? I explained how I lost my license over a traffic ticket and that my friend was giving me a ride home. I was high on coke so I had to elaborate a little more and tell the cop that my friend asked me if I minded coming with him before he dropped me off since I was a bigger guy and that if we ran into a robber then we would have a good chance of not getting hurt.

The cop calls our names in and everything comes back clean. Then the cop starts to apologize and saying how he's sorry for bothering us at making it out like we were committing a crime. We told him that we didn't mind and that we appreciated him checking the situation out. The entire time I had a gram of coke in my pocket and 100 temazepam.
 
Yeah, that's the thing with cops: they can smell fear or nervousness on you. If you stay really calm and speak reasonably to them, as long as they've got no real grounds for suspicion, they'll usually respond reasonably, at least that's been my personal experience.
 
I've had a lot of cop experiences. I could write a book, seriously.

One time me and my friend were out and about in SF, it was the rainy season and it was pouring, we both had weed on us and she had coke. We were kind of known and we got jacked by the cops sometimes, so when we saw a patrol car pull over and both cops get out, we were like "aww, shit". But the cops came up to us and I could tell right away they weren't jacking us. One went right up to my friend and started chatting to her, and the other one came up to me, "what are you guys doing?" but in a friendly way, not an accusatory way, I said "oh just hanging", and he said "we get off at 3, you still gonna be around? You look cute with your hair all wet like that". And I'm just like.. I can't believe it. I know damn well they at least know OF us and know we're in the life, we're not two square girls walking around, why the hell are they hitting on us? So the cop gives me his number and chats another five minutes, and then they both go get in their car and leave, and my friend and I just look at each other like O.o.

I never called the one who talked to me, my friend called the other one and he took her out for sushi and tried to fuck her, but she made an excuse and left.

SF cops, man.

I really (REALLY) hope i'm not repeating myself, as in I havent posted this before.
Hope I'm not incriminating myself either...

I got stopped and questioned once after taking photos of a Toyota Supra at night after finishing work (5pm it was already completely dark). This dude gets out an unmarked Ford 5 door car and he walks over to me, I'm thinking "this guy needs directions or something?" He takes out his badge and tells me he's police but I don't believe him. I'm thinking this dude is setting me up pranking me he had no uniform on nothing. I thought this was some mafia kidnapping shit that was about to happen, so all while this is happening, I'm holding on tight to the knife I had in my pocket.
He asks me a couple pointless questions etc and I tell him I had just finished work I'm walking home. I ask him to prove he's police so he gets the driver of the Ford to flash the blue lights etc, then he basically just let me off like that without searching me and I had completely forgotten about the knife in my pocket, which basically made me not-nervous and calm and composed.

Watch out for cops man they're sneaky fuckers.
 
I got pulled over with a handful of oxy 5s (it was all I could get) so I dropped them under my seat. I was in the entrance of the one street development in which I was living in fayetteville, NY. He saunters over to my window, leans in...."he says hey I gotta watch this street, I know you live right here, can I use your bathroom?" Of course I say yes. He comes in my house. Uses the bathroom. Compliments me on how tidy it is. Heads out to his car and parks at the end of the street. Later in the afternoon I brought him a coffee.

I later found out they were investigating me.
 
My latest experience involves them waiting for me at my place. I was on my street heading back home, when I passed a beige impala. Saw 5 dudes inside with short hair and vests, immediately cursed under my breath, and they hopped out of the car like a bad movie and jammed me up.

There were more undercover cars outside my building waiting, so they cuff me, search me, wont tell me the charges until we get back to the precinct, all my neighbors are staring at me pointing like I'm an animal at the zoo (I was just grateful my girlfriend wasn't there to see it all because it would have traumatized her).

So then they toss me in the back of the car, I'm sandwiched in between two meat heads, politely ask for a lawyer as they throw question after question at me, blah blah blah. I turned my mind off at that point so I wouldn't start getting pissed, that way I could think clearly about what my next move might be.

So we get to the police station, they throw me in a room, grill me for about an hour, give the typical bullshit "We can make a deal.. if you help us we can help you" nonsense. I called a lawyer, got finger printed, mug shot, whatever, made bail, and off I was to explain to my girl that I'd been arrested again. :\

'Twas a great day for Scagnattie.

Haha. Fine fine. It was for dope. 2 counts of felony sale and 2 counts of felony possession with intent to sell. One sale for 5 bags the other for 10. B felonies. Some scum bag wore a wire. The sales where a full year prior to when they arrested me.

Thanks, man. Yeah it makes me sick to think about. I'm sure some idiot kid got pinched with a couple bags of dope, which would have been a slap on the wrist misdemeanor, but instead talks some bullshit to the cops about how I'm some massive drug dealer which was just a total joke, and gets me busted for felonies instead.

They'll get theirs eventually. Nobody likes a rat.
 
They didn't get anything. This was a while after my ex lied about me to get our son. She brought a lot of heat on me by saying I was selling cocaine out of thehouse. She cared so little about the consequences of her lies. After she took my son I stopped caring about lif. Started using opiates to ease the despair I felt from the moment i woke up until I cried myself to sleep. Having the cops believing I was a wife beating,child abusing coke dealer was just the icing on the cake right?

I guess when life gives u lemons squeeze them into your eyes just feel something and prove to yourself it all isn't one big nightmare. Or make lemonade. One of the two would be okay I guess.

Yes its been a long time but reliving that experience has brought back a lot of really toxic feelings :-\

Shit, that sounds terrible. I'm not sure what a felony b equates to in English law, but possession with intent to supply class a's sounds like a pretty serious charge. Why did they wait a full year before pouncing on you like that? (I despise the way these clowns act like they think they're in a frigging action movie, the way they arrest people.)
