Your comedown solution?

Have nothing to do the following day, take 100mg of 5-HTP, a multivitamin, and sleep. All this, for me, ensures no hard crash, and no heavy depression afterwards. I usually feel great the next day.
 
To those who say they don't suffer from the come down...

I used too frequently for a 7 or so month period and never suffered a comedown. I took a break, and used for the first time in 1 and a half months and had the worst comedown I could have imagined. I didn't sleep for 2 days, couldn't focus on anything, had no energy and basically cried all day.

Yeah, the pills were dirty times 10, but just a warning that it can hapen.
 
For some reason I stopped having bad comedowns, but I used to have terrible ones.

I like to keep the lights on and keep active if possible instead of just sitting in the dark on the couch in complete silence just staring at the floor and waiting to be done like we used to do. God that was awful.

Drinking beer OR taking hydrocodone but NOT both just kind of ease you into a different high which feels better lol, and both help with sleeping.

Drinking OJ is also the best thing ever I think.

Eating will help a lot in my opinion but it's hard to motivate yourself to do it. So I eat something that's easy to eat, like yogurt, and only in my favorite flavor so I don't like gag and get grossed out. Pina colada is the best :)

I've heard that 5-htp is really good but I haven't tried it yet.

i will not touch more than 1 pill a year, so i guess i will be waiting a good 20 years till my next one ;)
 
I make a tea and stop smokin cigs when Im on comedown..... and listen to "arovane".... this is my solution I strongly recommend arovane to u :D:D
 
the weed often seems to help, especially if u just want to chill out and shit. listen to soft chill out music and shit. hang with friends and just wait it out. i dont mind the come down too much. going to the beach is good too. pretty much best way is to just wait it out. i heard that 5hpt stuff is good too. gotta wait till i get my hands on some tho

The first dose enhances the MDMA feeling (almost) to full force again.
The second dose (about 45 minutes later) knocks me out.
4 hours later when I wake up, I redose for another 4 hours of deep sleep.
Upon waking, the usual: vit C, niacin (B3), 5-htp, q10 and a multivit.
 
lots of sleep followed by fresh bannana blended into a pint of milk with some honey too used to wash down 100mg of 5htp

but lots of sleep to catch up if you've been up all night is the best cure.

also realising you are on a comedown and not snapping when you are irritable or letting things go over your head instead of getting upset also helps a bundle!!

I find the best things are

1)WEED...This helps give u your apetite back and if u can, the best things to eat(if u can stomach them that is) are: FISH(it contains Omega 3 oils which are good for the brain), CHOCOLATE(its known for elevating your mood and making you feel good, and the sugar gives u your energy back)and BANANAS, these help replace the seretonin in your brain. But then again any food you can get into you is good really

2)GOOD COMPANY, usually best if its the mates u went out with the night before so u can sit around and reminisce about the night, have a laugh, and laugh at eachothers scatteredness, during which the conversation(which was once flowing quite well)suddenly smack back in the middle of the sentence turns to
PERSON A:Oh shit what was I saying??
PERSON B: Oh shit I dont know
PERSON A:Ehh it was probably bollocks
PERSON A/B: (laughter)
10mins later
PERSON A: Oh yeh thats what I was saying before
PERSON B: What?
PERSON A: Ummm...oh no forgotten, doesnt matter
(OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT ANYWAY, U GET WHAT I MEAN)


3)MUSIC, but nothing too hard, u need to be able to chill and relax, not made feel like ur still in a club and should be still dancing

4)A funny, or cool no- brainer movie: Some ideas - Halfbaked, Billy Madison(or any Adam Sandler movie)Dazed and Confused, Baseketball, Night at the Roxbury...ahh the list goes on

5)A comfy couch/bed, coz chances are youll fall asleep wherever youre sitting/lying

Im gonna order in everything I need to pre and post load that should make me feel better next time I choose to pill so someone hit me up with a good list. 5-htp is the obvious choice, as are Multi Vitamins...what other supplements are required?
 
i dont get bad comedowns, although the next day is rough if i dont sleep at all. usually hanging out with my bf or roommate is good, lotsa kissing, and watching simpsons and family guy with some good food.

although i think im going to ask a friend for a xanax so i can get some good sleep next time
