Your comedown solution?

I imagine this has been done before but its an important one and some people maybe havent had a chance to give their opinion so whats youre personal way of dealing with the comedown?
 
Pre and post load with anti oxidant vitamins. Take some 5-htp afterwards. Get some sleep, get some light exercise over the next few days. Eat healthy food. Try not to mope around, force yourself to get out of the house. Work, read, play etc.

Do not use too often or too much at one time. Take long breaks between use.
 
well either xanax or beer but i rather have coke. if im having fun, sleep is not what i want to be doing.
 
Comedowns usually arent a problem for me but in the case I had one two many pills or they were cut with some shit its either sleep, xanax, opiates, or downtempo trance/chillout music.
 
I make sure I get some sleep after the session, wake up, have a shower, force myself to eat something even if I don't feel like it, then later on in the evening get pissed, and go to bed again. Alcohol really sorts out that jittery day after feeling. Then I take 100mg 5HTP for a few days. Works great for me, the only part I feel shit for is between waking up and getting pissed on the day after.
 
Next morning- Xanax, turtle mochasippee from CC'S
Lunch- Usually Chillis or Sonic drive in and lots of draft beer to mask the hangover by being buzzed
dinner- snack and some TV
and Im off to bed I never sleep after I take x until the next night afterwards it's not even worth a try
 
I smoke lots of bud, and noithing else. i never have had any problems with a back comedown.. or whatver

as for me, usually some chill music.. my favorite when im coming down after a wild night is counting crows. then a couple beers and some talk with friends always helps. also a couple caps of 5-htp when i start coming down and more the next day.
 
I used to smoke heaps of weed...but now I hate it. I find it prevents me from getting over the comedown...makes me feel dirty and gross, but that's mainly due to the fact that I used to be a daily smoker who got over it.

Now, I eat as much as I can...some good pasta helps. Having friends around for the next day is great to.

I force myself to get back into my usual habits, even if it's just going to the supermarket.

I usually use speed on a big night, when my roll comedown begins...I find this eventually helps when I get my next session of good sleep. Speed peps me up like nothing else the next day. Just as long as you don't have too much.


I never used to to use 5-htp, but I am finally getting some delievered...as I really need to work out the perfect solution for the comedown.

I find setting helps a lot to...like the setting in which I took the drugs...if it was shit, I usually feel more depressed...if I had an awesome time, that usually helps the next few days.
