Your comedown solution?

I've actually never had a "crash" of any sorts (but then again I've only rolled a few times now). But what I do anyways is take at least 1mg of xanax, eat some food, take a vitamin, and drink milk and orange juice.
 
copius amounts of marijuana,100mg 5-HTP,1 or 2 beers, 2mg klonopin (would MUCH rather drop a 2mg xanax--no need for the beer),One-A-Day Maximum
 
I have a few things i do to help roll comedown/next day cracked out.

First and what i do everytime i roll smoke weed like chiminey, and lay around house all day after just smoking weed and taking naps. I use to pop benadryls/tylenol pms to help me sleep but if i started rolling hard again i doubt ill fuck with that because it took like 5 to go to sleep and ill be feeling crazy as shit and seeing some wierd things. Drinking and/or popping enough xanax/valiums to sleep for along ass time use to help the cracked out feeling alot too. The best thing is opiates.. especily heroin and just nod out and fall asleep.. plus it feels so fucking good after along night or two of rolling. Popping some dexies or adderall day after takes the stupidness i feel from E-hungover go away for the most part too.

Nicely fucks me up though and I don't feel the need to have more pills.

Sleep is the best anti-dote for a hard night ;)
 
One of the best things for me on a comedown is knowing that I don't have shit to do the next day. Seriously, if I know I have to be at work that night or an appointment or something. It makes my comedowns so bad. Now I plan it so I'm entirley free to watch tv, smoke weed, cuddle with my bf, etc, the entire next day.
 
A bit of a snooze, a nice long shower, taking naps in the sun, couple of beers. And my gorgeous friend who lets me come over and mope around :) I don't normally get bad comedowns, but the couple of times I have, I can't handle being alone so I give him a call or go see him and all is back on track.

100mg of 5-htp, Vitamin C and E, and start smoking weed. This won't necessarily put me to sleep, but it should start the process and allow me to feel really nice as I get into the mope around / watch TV zone for the next day or so.

Giving into your addictions (as long as they arent like opiates or something) will soothe a come down.. for me this is weed.. for my friend it is cigarettes. Also try beating off (im serious, its amazing the day after E and you will beat off like 6x longer) and it does wonders for your "feel good" state of mind. If you have a girlfriend, explain the situation to her ;)
 
Haha...yea...wacking off is a good part of the solution.

Really though, it's not as funny as it sounds. It's a great physical way to release tension.
