Your anti-burnout method

i know this is really un-ethical but i usually just smoke more weed but then when i dont have so much weed i can just smoke smoke smoke 24/7 its like im reaaallly burnt out and feel like shit so i go to sleep. That's sort of different from what you were asking though like, say I smoke a few bowls and get burnt out later I just try to do something I enjoy to make me feel better you know?
 
I'v heard good things about Cocaine as far as wakefullness and motivation.


I'm sorry... this made me laugh.. that's what cocaine does.. it wakes you up... motivates you... even though sometimes I feel like I am running around doing everything.. I wake up in the morning and found that I just ran around in circles and actually did only a 1/4 of what I thought I did...

When I did smoke.. I hated the feeling of being burnt.. but I liked to enjoy my high relaxing... the best thing I used to do to keep my mind offa sleeping and eating and getting uncomfortable would be watch a funny as movie... or play video games.. this way you are relaxing but your mind is still thinking.... or go out and fuck around... but i always tried to enjoy my high relaxing...

cocaine with weed makes me feel weird.. it makes my head blurry and fuzzy and kind of hard for me to relize where I am and what i'm doing.... that's why i just stick to the coke now =D
 
my friends and i have a tradition where we go in someone's car and crank music and drive around after smoking. listening to trippy music while high is a great way to stay high. at least with me it is...
 
I smoke before I go out, so I'm running around and there is no burnout... just the (eventual) return to normalcy.

I used to do that or else I'd smoke mainly Sativas.

There were sometimes when I'd smoke Indicas and take lots of bonghits where I wanted to get lazy and relax just to read, watch a movie with friends, or listen to music.
 
Here are some tips ...
- smoke sativas
- when your holding your weed in , don't hold it any longer than 8 seconds . After weedhas been in your lungs after 8 secs all the thc is absorbed and after all your inhaling is carcinogens .
- hit vape . There is no comedown on vape .
- drink green tea . Improves energy
- take a nap after .
- blaze as soon as you wake up . For some it works .
- vitamin b12
- energy drinks .

a few things that work for me:

1. ephedra/ephedrine. you can either buy the ground up herb (and make into tea) at a health food store or get it in pill form. i try to go easy so i don't become hooked, usually take 2-3 during a high. helps stay focused and energized. i get nasty burnouts too, especially now that my tolerance seems pretty high.

2. i also find certain teas to be quite helpful with keeping you buzzing. my old roommate once made a mysterious tea concoction with a good amount of cinnamon, and it was amazing. totally changed my high and gave me lots of energy. and as the other dude said, i'm sure green tea helps. experiment.

3. this can be hard when you're stoned and lazy and it's -10 outside.. but oxygen. oxygen and fresh air definitely wakes you up

4. change of pace. sometimes if i've been doing something for a long time (listening to music, doing art, playing video games, whatever) just changing my activity is a good refresher

5. just remembered another: peppermint is a great natural stimulant. i'm not sure how powerful the tea is for combating burnout, but I have a little bottle of peppermint oil which is quite potent. put a drop under your nostrils and breathe in, or burn the oil in a diffuser.

-- question:

do people burnout faster/more intensely when smokin from the bong? i wish i didn't burnout so fast and so hard.. but my tolerance is quite high so it's hard to go back to pipes. doesn't affect me nearly as much. what do you use and how's the burnout?

Otherwise just keep smoking till ur tolerance increases a bit . Ever since mine has gone up a bit I still get high without much of a burnout .
