Just to add my 2 cents. Dependant on your goal (do you aim to put on weight, and weight train to gain muscle?). Try not to take in massive amounts of saturated fats. Its easier to just pile in loads of greasy food, but at the end of the day, its not great to have inside you, and will make you look fat, not well built. Also, if you do plan on bulking up and then working out, the fat deposits gained from saturated fat are harder to get rid of.
You also probably have a fast metabolism. I am just going on an assumption here, but maybe switching to three large meals a day, opposed to 5 medium ones will slow the metabolism down a little, meaning you retain more of the fat.
