Backed out of the walk with the parents as I was getting some intense nausea. It was the correct choice as I ended up vomiting mucous just now (haven't really eaten anything else to vomit).

Actually feel tonnes better now. Headache is minor, nausea is gone. May still go for a disco nap soon though.

Just finished work. Today i got spewed on, had to clean up two patients that shat themselves....one of those it was literally everywhere and deal with a poor lady with delerium who was screaming and i couldn't take my eyes off her all shift. Mentally and physically fucked. Ordering pizza and going to drink some wine and pass out. One hell of a day
