Hey man, we're just trying to help you out. No doubt we don't know you and exactly what its like to be you. But regardless....
I was addicted to Xanax (or Valium/Kpins but mostly Xanax) and I only needed to take that shit once a day, right before bed to sleep, to become very much addicted. When I started to wean off my dose (only like 2-3mg at my highest level) I felt like I was about to seize and had extreme sleeplessness.
When it comes to benzos I feel it's my obligation to warn people...... nothing could addict me before. Not coke, cigarettes, opiates,.... but benzos sure as hell did it man. Be smart.
