I agree with JC...valium produces a wonderful high with less memory loss. However, there are other variables involved. If I only had one 10mg diazepam or one 2mg clonazepam, then my answer would be clonazepam. But if I have as much of all the pills of each kind that I would like, it would be the diazepam.

Midazolam (sometimes).
Xanax and/or Klonopin (sometimes)...
Valium (most all of the time- I'm down to 30-40mg/day...from 60-70 mg/day...I was starting to get in Negrogesic's position 8( ...).

So, I decided to taper to 30-40mg/day, instead.
I've been benzo dependent for 8 years now, and I kind of wish I'd never have fallen under their spell, but hindsight is indeed 20/20... :\

Alprazolam seems to have the best anti-panic effects, followed by lorazepam. Lorazepam exhibits more memory / cognitive sides and both clonazepam and diazepam hang around too long for my taste. I have not tried any another triazolobenzodiazepine, but I suspect that midazolam and triazolam are even better than alprazolam, as their half-lives are even shorter.

hmm.. lets see...

4. B-C.

I'm actually right now on 80mgs Valium, 4mg klonopin & 4mg xanax*xr; and some smackety smack!! :)

Temazepam is my favorite benzo but it's not up there. Clonazepam is a close second.

Yeah, sorry, I was trying to get a comparison between the more common benzos that are discussed here in OD. Where I live/ have lived, these 4 were the only benzos you would find on the streets.
