the worst drug smell in general would have to be crack that's essentially been soaked in shit

so this crackhead i know manged to swallow a bunch of dimes before he gets arrested for a spreate incedent,well anyway to get to the point,a couple days later he's out of jail,and wants his crack back

so he sifts through his shit all day and finally starts finding bags,but they weren't very water proof,so his crack was stained brown with poop,and he proceeds to smoke them

It's even worse when you're with someone.

Mephedrone - not so much the drug, but the smell that exudes from the user after a binge, it literally leaks out of the pores. Meph-sweat we called it, not good.

There's such a thing as "MDPV-sweat" too, and it's probably just as bad... pfew. Smells like hell.

After an MDPV binge (especially when you are first getting used to it) you smell horrible and can smell the MDPV on everything -- not just what you wear but what you lean against, lay on, etc...

It's even worse when you're with someone.
