Mephedrone - not so much the drug, but the smell that exudes from the user after a binge, it literally leaks out of the pores. Meph-sweat we called it, not good.

Also, the vapor from smoking oxycontin. I tried it once (for science!) and nearly hurled. It's like burnt hair and melting plastic.
