Hi there! New member!

I found the forum after searching for results in regards to workouts.

From what I understand, most don't recommend using cocaine before a workout. Some like lifting weights when high, others don't. I have a feeling I wouldn't be too productive exercising while high.
I'm just wondering what would be most beneficial to boost the first few sessions exercising for someone out of shape? Is stereoids okay for women?

When I was watching American Beauty last time, I really thought about this - as he seems to use weed while working out?
 
Dont use drugs while working out especially strong cns stimulants. Caffeine/ephedrine and its analogs should be the strongest you use. If you workout hard, it should give you a high on its own.
using strong stims can raise blood pressure and heart rate to dangerous levels and cause palpitations etc.
 
^agreed. The best way to start Is to do light exercises on the first to 4th day and then you build up. So lets say you want to do cardip do 15 min on the first day and if you don't like running maybe use an eliptical and set the time. You can also change the level once you build up and can do a tougher routine. Then you can slowly add weights crunches push ups etc.

I haven't really tried using steroids and I'm a female also I prefer intense workouts. Are you trying to build muscles ot just get toned?
 
We don't do "what drug should I take" questions on Bluelight.

Doing drugs and working out requires special care. Stimulants will add additional burden to the heart. Other drugs like cannabis can lower blood pressure, causing dizziness and fainting during intense workouts.
