I found the forum after searching for results in regards to workouts.
From what I understand, most don't recommend using cocaine before a workout. Some like lifting weights when high, others don't. I have a feeling I wouldn't be too productive exercising while high.
I'm just wondering what would be most beneficial to boost the first few sessions exercising for someone out of shape? Is stereoids okay for women?
